Legitimately perfect location in the heart of Bologna, close to everything, creating the opportunity for needed midday rests. A dramatic entry in beautiful building is easy to figure out, and goes into a very well-attired suite with truly everything you need, including a laundry machine and dryer that was so crucial for this stage of our trip in hot Italy. And speaking of—loved the temperature in the suite. The staff were very kind too, helping us when we needed to find a place to stash our luggage between checkout and train departure.

That we had to leave! This was one of the nicest properties I’ve had a chance to stay at on vacation.

The communication to enter the premises was a bit problematic. They did not receive our passport copies that I sent a week in advance. We did not know this until the day we were to arrive. We consistently ran out of hot water in the shower. We were unable to adjust the A/c temperature on the thermostat

The room itself was well-equipped with new furniture and appliances, nicely cleaned, and very comfortable. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and despite the great location, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was fast enough and worked without any issues. However, one of the two bathrooms had a strong sewage smell and was unusable, and the hot water in the shower ran out after a certain amount of time, which was quite frustrating. Even though my wife and I only used the shower for about 15-20 minutes in total, the hot water stopped and turned into cold water toward the end — making it really inconvenient. Given the high price, it was hard to accept that hot water would run out like that. This hotel would be highly recommended for people who can take very quick showers.
