San Martino - Luxury Apartments By Design Club Collection

The apartment is in a great location, very clean and spacious. Perfect for our three night stay in Bologna. Host were very responsive throughout and responded to questions very quickly.

The AC is a gentle system with no ability to manually adjust the temperature below 28 degree. This made the apartment a little warmer than we would have liked on the hottest days. The hosts did their best however to assist with providing additional fans.

Had a little trouble accessing the apartments many doors the first time but soon got the hang of it.

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water left in the fridge as a welcome gift.

The room itself was well-equipped with new furniture and appliances, nicely cleaned, and very comfortable. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and despite the great location, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was fast enough and worked without any issues. However, one of the two bathrooms had a strong sewage smell and was unusable, and the hot water in the shower ran out after a certain amount of time, which was quite frustrating. Even though my wife and I only used the shower for about 15-20 minutes in total, the hot water stopped and turned into cold water toward the end — making it really inconvenient. Given the high price, it was hard to accept that hot water would run out like that. This hotel would be highly recommended for people who can take very quick showers.
