A spacious apartment in a great location, ideal for families, but with small room for improvement in comfort and ameniti

The location was great — close to the city centre and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was very spacious, perfect for a family with kids, and the upstairs living area was bright and relaxing with lots of natural light. Having an elevator was a big plus, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

The kitchen was quite minimal and lacked some basic cooking essentials, which made preparing meals a bit tricky. There wasn’t much bench space to work on either. The beds were very firm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The decor is a little dated, and we were disappointed that a linen change during our 11-night stay came with an extra charge of €20 per bed.

L'emplacement à 15 minutes de la Piazza Maggiore à pieds et en face d'une gelateria. L'immeuble avec ses 3 étages et l'appartement avec sa terrasse et son dupleix. Le linge de maison et les draps fournis ainsi que les gels douches et shampooings.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Duże mieszkanie w centrum Bolonii z zamykaną klatką schodową. Blisko bardzo dobra restauracja.

Удачное расположение аппараментов в центре города, близко к достопримечательностям, большая жилплощадь. Кухня и санузлы оборудованы хорошо.

Чистота неидеальная, включая посуду, уборка продолжалась даже когда мы уже приехали. Нам это компенсировали в форме скидки. Лифт не работал (из-за прошедшего наводнения, не по вине хозяина). Было трудно найти место на машине.

Séjour très agréable et enrichissant

Appartement spacieux et confortable, dans une rue tranquille et bien située à proximité du centre historique. Nombreux cafés et restaurants, ainsi que des boutiques dans les environs.

Comme le logement est dans une zone de trafic restreint, il n'y a pas de parking et il a fallu laisser la voiture dans un parking relativement cher.
