great location .Very clean and tidy apartment.Bright kitchen and living area with great views.Air conditioning in all rooms.A lot of steps up to apartment which we had no issues with but anyone with mobility problems could find it difficult. We would definitely choose to stay at this apartment when we next visit Bologna.

This apartment was super clean and in a great location. The living area upstairs was very nice with almost wrap around views of towers and rooftops. The air conditioning worked really well. The bedroom was dark & cool with a very comfortable bed. The entry into the apartment via link on phone also worked very well.

Some of the furniture is becoming a little tatty, rug in main living area had a couple of threadbare holes. Not even one bottle of water was in fridge on our arrival. Considering you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs (we were in 37 deg heat) that was really disappointing. The Vikey check-in used for this apartment is easy but even after you have checked in, they still bombard you with repeated messages to check-in. It became quite annoying. Just a little observation that the photos of living area need updating as there is now a partition that separates the kitchen from living area and the breakfast bar has been removed.

The appartment location is perfect, appartment is nicely decorated, particularly the room upstairs where the kirchen and dining room is located. Views and light day is wonderful!!

That no lift is available and you need to go up 99 stairs, but we knew this by the time we selected the appartment. Sofa is not a real sofa bed, it is a bed that it is supposed to be used as a sofa too.

Kommunikation bereits im Vorfeld entweder gar keine Reaktion oder sehr spät. Heizungen konnten teilweise nicht reguliert werden. Anforderungen an Müllentsorgung und Endreinigung ziemlich hoch ( muss selber gemacht werden). Nicht für lärmempfindliche Menschen. Sitzmöbel ungeeignet. Sofa (Schlafsofa) geht weder zum Sitzen noch zum schlafen.
