You get everything you need at this property. Equiped kitchen, two bathrooms. Attention to small details is important. The beds were big and comfortable. In the apartment (nr8) we had view toward two towers and small garden which is luxury in Bologna. Easy check in and check out.

Location was amazing, little noisy until 1 am but this is what is nice about it.
The apartment was very nice and clean.
Washing machine is available downstairs but with extra cost not free.
I liked the auto check in and the codes to open the building and apartment. Looked secured.
The sewage smell comes a lot when water is moving in the building.
This is the only thing that i did not like. It doesnt come all the time but you will smell it every couple of hours.
AC filter needs cleaning when i first turned it on it looked like it wasnt opened from a very long time. But then it became ok.

Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Location was great and communication and check in easy!
The property had a smell of sewerage that would come and go. We were told it happens with these old buildings and only thing to do is open the windows. I guess unavoidable if this is the case, but it did wake me up at night when the smell got quite bad.
