Amazing location, literally could not ask for a better one! Yes, it can be a bit noisy at night in one of the rooms (the one facing the street), but the windows have wooden doors on the outside and are double-glazed, so if you close them, it is super chill. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the house had all the amenities we might have needed.

Limpieza correcta y cama cómoda. Habitaciones espaciosas. La calefacción programada para que esté confortable. El espacio es bonito y sería un apartamento de 10 con un poco más de renovación y mantenimiento. La ubicación es buena y céntrica pero la calle es ruidosa por ser la zona de ambiente nocturno juvenil.
Olor a tabaco en la vivienda y menaje escaso. No está cuidado. Se ve que habitualmente está ocupado por estudiantes.
