Wir konnten unser Auto in der Innenstadt von Bologna (ZTL-Zone) sicher im in Innenhof abstellen. Sofern man ausserhalb der ZTL-Zeiten das Auto nur benutzen möchte, oder es nur für die An- und Abreise braucht ist dies ein sehr gut, da man sich keine Sorgen darum machen muss wo man sein Auto abstellt.

Im der Wohnung hatten wir, wenn wir abends zurück gekommen sind, immer eine recht hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ob dies durch die Klimaanlage oder das generell sehr warme Wetter (>35°C) entstanden ist lässt sich jedoch nicht sagen. Mit großzügigem Lüften lies sich dies jedoch immer schnell wieder verbessern.

Great location in Bologna, quiet, with the big advantage of private parking. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, some snacks and a washing machine. The air conditioning was fine, although not at its best.

The apartment is managed by a company that seems to operate several similar apartments, so the apartment you get may be slightly different from the one shown in the photos. In our case, for example, the "windows" were actually large courtyard doors that required 2 keys to open. The other issue is communication regarding the private parking. The parking is inside Bologna’s ZTL (limited traffic zone), and this information should be clearly provided to guests arriving by car. When we asked about it, we were told there should not be a problem, but we later needed to arrange the required permit to avoid possible fines.

Apartment was spacious, including bathroom. Coffee pods and snacks provided.

No door between bedroom and kitchen - we had a baby and no door meant we were both awake when he was crying. We booked an apartment so we could split the rooms. Apartment has few windows, so very dark. Fine because so hot so shutters would have been closed anyway. But strong smell of damp permeated flat and bedding. Air conditioning did not cool the flat, it was set on a high temperature so effectively redundant. A fan would have been more effective probably. Both beds in same room - we only use one so this was fine. Whilst parking is free, it would be helpful to flag accomodation is in ZTN so you have to pay this fee. Check in was quit convoluted; had to confirm time in advance and the whole website/links to manual etc were just quite frustrating.
