Ottima pulizia, host molto gentile, casa un po datata ma servita di tutto, spaziosa e precisa. A 15/20 min a piedi dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio privato.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente proprio all'ingresso di Bologna centro. Il parcheggio per un posto auto privato! A piedi si raggiunge il centro con pochi minuti

Bedrooms were large and the parking was essential as we were doing day trips around the area. It was plenty warm which was nice as we were there in Dec/Jan.

The place felt a bit spartan for the price. The pictures are accurate but somehow look nicer than the experience of being there. The pillows and blankets (1 each bed) were thin and not very cozy. The bedrooms are large but 2 of 3 did not have furniture like a dresser drawer or useful places to put your things. Kitchen is okay, but no stove so no ability to warm up some of the incredible focaccia available. It is a good 15-20 minutes to walk in to city center where there are coffee and restaurants which is bit further than my preference. Also, all communication was online and there was not a book or pages of info left in the apartment so it felt very distant and not very welcoming. It was not a bad place to stay, just not a cozy or good vibe place to be.
