Nice stat at Bologna.

Location is very good - very close to the station. The apartment is brand new. Clean rooms and bathrooms Two fully equipped bathrooms. Good parking garage next door

Broken furniture is kept in the apartment (host said that shall be removed very soon). The apartment is at the last floor, so most of the windows are in the roof. All window remote controls were without batteries, so it was not possible to open the window or bring up the curtain to get more light.

Excellent stay

The apartment was perfect – very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed. The self check-in was easy and convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

Looking foward to return! Amazing place

The place was really nice and welcoming, that kind of place that we can see ourselves living there, really good location close to Bologna Central Station. Host was really supportive when I had questions, clean and renovated apartment, good equipments. YOU REALLY need to consider this place to stay. We were in 4 adults and 1 child.

This was really minor, but important to mention, few items in the freezer were broken and one couch was also with a problem. In general the appartment was clean, but as I am a tall person I was able to see few places with dust.

Very close to train station so easy to offload luggage and start exploring. Having two bathrooms is always an advantage with a group of 4 people

Great position. Would have been very good with a few little attentions to detail.

This property was very close to Bologna Centrale station, which was great for travelling about. It had good security and a good explanation of how to enter. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living and dining area. The fridge was a good size, as was the washing machine.

Simple things that one expects were missing, e.g. no T-towels, not much body wash, no shampoo or conditioner, no washing powder or liquid, a tiny, wobbly clothes-drying stand (a clothes line could have been set up to extend from one side of the balcony to the other), poor and not enough toilet paper, one of the couches had a broken arm, so you had to avoid using it, the blind in the bedroom that had a queen sized bed did not go up or down, power points were in weird positions. One couple needed a power point on either side of the bed so they could use their sleep apnea machines, so we had to swap rooms when they realised the Queen sized bed room didn’t have that option. There was no bedside table beside the single bed near the door. The pillows were way too soft and the beds were hard. A variety of pillow firmness would have helped. We were told our city tax would be €48 but the city had increased the price and we had to pay €92.80! That made our stay much more expensive.

O apartamento não estava bem limpo. Havia poeira nos cantos das paredes. Senti falta de sacos para colocar o lixo e mais pastilhas para a máquina de lavar louça. Poucas vagas de estacionamento.

Appena arrivati stanchi non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua,delle bustine da thè,la macchina del caffè senza cialde e nemmeno funzionante,strofinaccio per le stoviglie uno solo,niente per lavare a terra,poca carta igienica,per €80 che abbiamo pagato la pulizia molto superficiale

El edificio era nuevo, tenía ascensor, cerca de la terminal y con buen servicio de transporte.

Falta algo más de equipamiento en cocina y baño.

Понравилась чистота. Квартира просторная, комфортная, современный качественный ремонт, никаких закоулков. Светлая, с большим балконом, на котором можно пить кофе. Из окон просматриваются платформы вокзала, но шума поездов не слышно. Супермаркет Лидл в 15 мин ходьбы. На кухне бумажные полотенца, что очень удобно

В ближайших улицах можно наткнуться на бездомных, ночующих на матрицах возле домов. Идет комплексный ремонт соседнего дома, работы могут начинать с 7:00. Подход к парадному непрезентабельный из-за этого ремонта. В самой квартире нет стиралки, но это не проблема для путешествия на 2—3 дня. Минимум посуды и кухонных принадлежностей, не хватало кухонной дощечки для резки овощей и хлеба

Kırık sandalyeleri yüzünden düştüm başımı masa kenarına vurdum. Kafam şişti eczaneden aldığım merhem ve ağrı kesici ile ağrımı azaltamaya çalıştım. Koltuk kol koyma yerleri kırıktı. Ulaşmak istediğimde ulaşamadım. Odaların ısıtma sistemi çok kötü idi. iki oda kiraladık biri çok sıcak diğeri çok soğuk idi. Tüm bunları öncesinde tesis yöneticisine yazdım çözüm ile döneceklerini söylediler dönmediler.
