Great location, responsive and helpful staff.
Broken items like bathroom door, shower door, shower switch handle, and AC that is not cold at all.
No shampoo or enough toilet paper provided for our one week stay. The rooms didn’t get cleaned during the stay.
Kitchen was provided but not enough basic necessities in the kitchen.

It was close to the train station
It was extremely basic - it could do with some decorating, personal touches. The air conditioning was very weak. Unfortunately we could not get connected to the WiFi. Building work going on outside and it was a good 20-25 minute walk to the centre. It is good if you are exploring Italy and will be using the trains regularly
