Assessable by bus 21 just outside the apartment. Bud delivers you to within walking distance of the old town. You need coins for single trips. Single aircon in the corridor outside the bedrooms. I'll taste the Siemens and facilities 5 out of 10. The host Leonardo was obliging and helpful. He helped is with taxi booking.

Curățenia, promptitudinea, apropierea de gara centrala. Proprietarul foarte amabil. Ne a lăsat si 2 sticle de apa pentru cand am ajuns si nu ne a lipsit nimic

L'appartamento è ampio e con duie camere da letto più il divano letto in soggiorno. La cucina è ben attrezzata di tutto, non solo stoviglie e pentole ma anche alcune dotazioni alimentari di base come sale, olio, zucchero, caffè e altro.
Il condizionamento è praticamente nullo, non ci sono climatizzatori nelle camere ma solo uno all'ingresso, molto vecchio (viene tenuto aperto con le mollette...) e di bassa potenza. Siamo stati a Bologna nella settimana più calda dell'anno e ci siamo morti di caldo, anche tenendo acceso il climatizzatore h24 c'erano sempre 30 gradi in casa. Vi prego togliete la dicitura "condizionamento" dalla descrizione perché non corrisponde alle aspettative.
