Hosts were lovely, thank you Francesco and Michaela for meeting us and introducing us to the appartment - it is a nice thing to welcome your guests personally. Appartment was great and as described, spacious and clean and we enjoyed the stay very much. Perfect for our group of 6 friends aged 49-71. Beds were good size and comfortable (though low so beware if that might be a problem for you) and a nice sociable sitting and dining space. Lift great - glad it was working though as appartment is 5th floor! Bologna is a lovely place and the appartment is on edge of the university/student area, great for lively cafe's and restaurants and an easy walk on into the centre for all the places of interest and lots more restaurants. Lots to see and do so we will have to return some day and would happily use this appartment again, if you'd have us - thank you! Hosts were excellent for communcation prior to our stay and on our day of arrival which we really appreciated.

The appartment was all good for what we expected and we have nothing to not like. The only thing is that it was quite noisy, especially in the larger 2 bedrooms at the front with people and vehicles in the street til late and especially the waste disposal trucks emptying the bins at Midnight - the bottle one being emptied at 5am was an especially unwelcome alarm call, but this is not the fault of the hosts and the appartment itself was perfect and well placed in other respects.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Shampoo/Lotions, Tee und Kaffee waren die wichtigsten Sachen bereits vor Ort.

Richtig Bettwäsche wär schön gewesen und nicht nur ein Laken mit Überdeck. Zudem wäre ein Geschirrspüler praktisch, da die Wohnung meist durch größere Gruppen gebucht wird.

The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. They met us on arrival and were happy to let us stay beyond the check-out time as we had an evening flight. The apartment was airy, spacious, well-equipped and clean with two sunny balconies. Its location was great - in the university area, which had a lots of little bars and cafes - and a short walk to the city centre.

As we were 6 people, the spaciousness of the apartment worked for us. For fewer people it might feel a bit too big.
