Apartment is spaceous and clean, good location

After the booking, I received a greeting message confirming that check-in was possible since 15:00 - and no any other information. On the travel day we contacted the property requesting the address - we were provided the address of the office to pick up the keys. In the office they gave us the keys and address, but did not tell the apartment number as they did not know it. We got a telephone number where we needed to ask the apartment number, and it took us a while as that person did not seem to be knowing the number too. In the end we were explained "go to door A, then get to floor B, then when you leave the elevator there is door C on the right". This kind of communication may be additionally challenging in case if someone's English is not excellent, or Internet roaming is limited while traveling.
