Good Apartment in the center of Bologna

The location is superb! You go out and find yourself in the very center surrounded by restaurants and shops. The flat was very clean and had alot of useful facilities.

Not enough electricity sockets for the use of 3 persons. The window did not close and then the balcony door did not open could not go out in the balcony. The coffee machine did not work and no elevator. For those who have kids need to get the strollers down by stairs but only one floor.

The main bed was terrible. The air conditioner in the main bedroom wouldn’t cool the room with the door closed. Communication from the host was minimal and reactive. Only one set of keys.

Cosy, comfortable at a great location

Location is perfect - walking distance from the train station and historical center. There are many groceries and tratorias around. The apartment is cosy and comfortable. Both beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook something. Clean and well maintained. Very good coffee machine with capsules. Our host Alina was very responsive. Thank you.

The noise from the street in the late evening hours, which is explainable as there are many students and young people in this town. Bring some earplugs and you will have no problems :)

Comfortable stay, great location

The apartment is in a great location, so close to many restaurants and in the centre of town. Note that the apartment is up two flights of stairs and if you want to use the sofa bed you need to confirm this prior (I didn’t realise this).

It is a little noisy as neighbours are so close by.

Location was good. Full kitchen with washing machine is nice. Small balcony. A 3/4 wall separated the large bed from the small one. They have everything you need here.

Smelled like smoke, even though you are not supposed to smoke there. The decor was nice, but the modern paintings were a little odd. Some flat pillows.

Location and facilities. It is a good apartment with washing machine that it made our stay very worthy cleaning all our clothes after a long journey. Nice terrace with no views but very quiet for sleeping.

Room very comfortable but wardrobe wasn't practically available to use due to doors blocking with the bed.

Passable

Location is great. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the train station, and right on the "Portico Belt" surrounding the city center. Tons of great restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius, and a quick walk to the city center. The washing machine was very helpful. The kitchen was generally well stocked, and when we notified the host that we are missing an item, she brought it promptly.

Not as clean and nice as the pictures show! The walls were downright dirty, and there was mold on the shower walls and the showerhead. There is a weird indentation in the hardwood floor right in the middle of the room. The A/C is noisy, making creaking sounds, and the air coming out of it smelled funny (have the filters ever been replaced?). Sound isolation is only okay; we heard people singing and shouting well past 1AM.

Great apartment and in a great size! with washing machine, fridge, pans and everything you need for a great stay. The outside of the apartment is a plus. Great location close to the station and downtown.

Great place if you want to have somewhere close to everywhere in Bologna.

Great central location, easy to get to from the train station. The bed was comfortable and there was a washing machine available.

The property is a little outdated and the air con wasn’t the strongest but it was mid July in the heat wave so maybe it was just too hot.

Good location.

The worst place to stay in Bologna ever! Aparently we pulled the shortest straw picking this apartment on "Via Augusto Righi 10". The place was terrible. A total lack of maintenance for ages. Perhaps never being renovated after being bought from the heirs of an 120 years old couple. The first thing you see when you open the front door is the sofa bed unfold next to it. It's really hard to squeeze and enter the living room. Then the terrible smell hits you to a point that you start to wonder if you gonna make it to the next morning if all windows are shut. Then you look around and see wallpapers party peeled off and full of all kind of stains (aparently placed there by the same long time gone old guys). You flip the switches and those who didn't feel apart lights up approximately half of the bulbs only. No one cared to replace the faulty ones. There was also a construction work next to us and the noise was unbearable. I can proceed for hours... ...But the worst of all was the host. I never talked to a person so impudent and insolent before. Instead of trying to find a some sort of solution, she just shut us off. No respect, no alternative property, no partial refund for the inconvenience. She left me no choice but to report her to Booking. So choose wisely before spending your money here!

Nice apartment

Apartment is in center of town with many restaurants and shops. It is also 10 minutes walk from train station. We went to eat at very nearby Trattoria dal Biassanot; excellent food. Restaurant is right by the canal. Next to the restaurant , there is a small window that is very popular for taking photo of the canal.

Washing machine was not working. Contacted host about it but didn't hear back.

Exceptional

There is overall a fine place, nicely situated and a very nice owner. Our flight was delayed by almost 3 hours and we arrived at almost 23:00. And still there was not a problem, owner waited for us and let us in.

We only used it for sleeping overnight and no bad things noticed :)
