A roomy appartment centrally located in Bologna. It offers more than enough comfortable room for 2 persons. On my own it felt luxurious.
Self checkin went smoothly and the owner provided clear instructions. Although temperatures during my stay were in the high 30s Celsius, the AC kept the appartment cool. The appartment is safely tucked away in a quiet building. All things considered this comes highly recommended!
A few small things. During my 10-day stay it would have been nice if the towels were changed. I could have asked for this but I kinda forgot. Not a big problem. Just a small thing.
Secondly, although the kitchen is convenient and large, there is no microwave or a small oven.
Lastly, although the airconditioning unit works excellent in the living room/kitchen area, it does not do much for the bedroom.
But make no mistake: given its size and location, this appartment comes highly recommended

L'appartement est superbe, très propre, refait à neuf, rien à redire de ce côté là.
Je n'avais pas compris que cela serait si compliqué de se garer aux abords du logement. J'aurais aimé que le propriétaire réponde plus tôt à mes demandes concernant justement le stationnement... Appartement au 2ème étage sans ascenseur d'un vieille immeuble. Surement super pour des gens qui viennent visiter la ville sans moyen de locomotion et avec peu de bagages.

Ben situat, a 10 minuts de l' estació i del centre, apartament molt ample i cómode, net i amb tot lo.necessari per una cómoda estada.
Restaurants al mateix carrer per sopar o pendre una copa.
Res, només tenir en compte que hi han escales.
