Was a good stay overall but please get new bed linen and towels.

Fairly good location, short walk from train station and close to all the attractions. Good kitchen facilities and nice and spacious.

The towels and bed linen provided need to go in the bin, they are disgusting! Nice to have a washing machine but that also needs a clean. A coffee machine is provided but would be nice to have a few pods available as we brought some and they were the wrong size. No dish towel for drying dishes. No window coverings so sun comes thru bedroom window and no privacy.

Great Location, host communicated really well. It was tricky to find the second set of stairs. Beds are not comfortable and someone tried to enter in the middle of the night into the apartment

advertised as a two bedroom apartment to sleep 4 - two of the beds could not have counted as beds, they were so bad. washing machine PowerPoint was not even installed on the wall so unable to use- was not told this prior. washing machine blocked space in front of toilet so had to sit on toilet side wards.

Unfriendly owner

Nice centrall location, big appartement

The host could only speak Italian, as well in the app. Our ✈️ had a, delay, when we can in the evening to the appartement we had to pay extra for this. I found this very strange. A young nice men came with the keys, he had to tell us, this from the owner, on his messages a unfriendly person. There was no receipt but we did had to pay extra. The shower has very poor water. The extra bed, was not possible to sleep on, very hard strang hard piece in the centre of the bed. Clean around, but don't open a extra door. Location is, good. App. Is big. We had a nice stay in beautiful Bologna.

Really good vakue for the price

Overall pretty clean and they let us leave our baggage 3 hours before the check in. Really close to the train station.

One of the beds is really really uncomfortable, i prefered to sleep on the couch. The queen size bed and the other small one are ok.

Great Host, Good Location, Very Basic and Secure Place

The man that manages the property is so very nice and helpful, and he makes you feel very comfortable while offering all kinds of local tips. The property is hidden away in the back of the building, quite secure, fairly quite, had everything you need to get by for folks that head out daily. There were plenty of towels and a washing machine. It is right on the edge of the university district with lots of young folk at night, keep that in mind. It is walking distance from most everything in the historic district along with the train station.

Unfortunately the water heater needed to be restarted twice during our stay (being engineers this was something we could tackle, but for others that are not handy this would be a real problem). The water pressure for showers was quite weak, which meant rinsing off was less than speedy. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper (we ran out on the last night, while this is a simple oversight, I do expect there to be at least a second roll available everywhere I stay). The washing machine was immediately in front of the toilet, which made using the toilet difficult. Also with 4 people we had no common space for sitting and talking except the dining table, and, while we sort of expected this, it did make it difficult for one to get to sleep away from the rest of us. Don’t think the second bedroom could be set up for two unless they are small children, so this seems more like a place for a couple and single friend or a young family.

Well equipped but uncomfortable beds

It was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything and the same with the bathroom. Furniture, bathroom and kitchen are new. It is spacious. Heating worked well and can be regulated.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We all had bad sleep. Bed blankets are very thin, so some of us were cold in the morning. There is no lift.

La posizione al centro di Bologna, la comodità nel raggiungerla. La disposizione dell' appartamento.

Bisognerebbe fare qualche piccolo lavoretto/investimento per avere una sistemazione al top. Tende in camera da letto, un box doccia e togliere la tenda, letti e materassi più comodi, una tinteggiata alle pareti.

Si salva solo la posizione

La posizione centrale è perfetta per girare tutta Bologna a piedi.

Bagno da rivedere per esalazioni provenienti dal doccia e wc che ne rendevano l'ambiente tuttaltro che salubre. L'assenza di un phon "decente" (quello presente era più vicino al giocattolo di mia figlia che ad uno reale). Le tende alle finestre del soggiorno e della camera da letto (totale assenza di privacy). Materassi da cambiare perché curvati verso l'esterno e se non si sta attenti si rischia di scivolare verso il suolo nel sonno. Assenza di una linea wifi.

No parcheggi solo ZTL

La posizione

La casa non era pulita bene,i muri sporchi, i letti non avevano i copri materasso e le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano troppo piccole,la lavasciuga funzionava solo come lavatrice...ho mandato un messaggio all'host per avere almeno uno stendino,ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta...non ci sono né persiane né tapparelle e tantomeno tende alle finestre...praticamente in casa non puoi girare in libertà perché potresti essere visto dai dirimpettai...un peccato perché di per sé la casa è anche carina,ma troppo poco curata, in bagno manca parte del box doccia,il mobile del lavabo è rotto,il cesto della biancheria era meglio non metterlo...tante piccole cose che fanno perdere punti...sarebbero bastate 2 tende oscuranti alle uniche finestre della casa,una scopa elettrica, uno stendibiancheria e qualche molletta,i letti meglio curati e la mia recensione sarebbe stata più che buona...la posizione è eccezionale però qualche informazione in più da parte dell'host magari su i parcheggi e sulla ZTL sarebbe stata gradita...la vacanza è costata più di parcheggi e di multe che di altro...per fortuna l'Italia ha vinto la Coppa Davis, scopo del viaggio

L'appartamento posto al 2 piano di una vecchia costruzione si raggiunge tramite una scala stretta, all'interno la casa si presenta ristrutturata, nel bagno non ci sono kit cortesia per l'igiene, negli armadi c'è disordine è un accozzaglia di materiale, stando dentro si sente cattivo odore di muffa, la finestra della camera da letto da su un cortile interno infestato da colombe e la finestra non ha ne una tenda oscurante ne una tapparella.La tapparella in soggiorno è tutta vecchia con i fili rotti per stendere un piccolo indumento ci sono fili fatiscenti e rischio di escrementi di colombe. Il prezzo troppo alto per i servizi offerti.

Na duży plus obiektu przemawia lokalizacja. Blisko dworca kolejowego oraz centrum miast. Apartament bardzo przestronny. Spędziliśmy tam tylko jedną noc i nie korzystaliśmy np z kuchni.

Otryggt men billigt

Det var kort avstånd både till centrum och till tågstationen vilket var super för oss som bara stannade en natt. Trots detta får läget ett medelbra betyg eftersom området kändes otryggt. Priset går dock inte att klaga och värden svarade snabbt på frågor. Bilderna stämmer in på boendet.

Området och byggnaden kändes riktigt otrygga. Det luktade gräs/weed i trappan och grannarna spelade hög musik hela tiden, gatan utanför samt ingången/trappan var läskiga… Värden svarar på frågor snabbt men på ett väldigt ”kort” sätt (utan hälsningsfras/”hej”/”ha en bra dag” osv, även när vi använde det). Det var liksom bara en mening och punkt. Även om det såklart inte är ”fel” bidrog det till den lite otrygga känslan. Vi är en grupp unga tjejer som backpackar, och jag rekommenderar inte detta boende för andra unga tjejer pga ovannämnda anledningar. Sedan var det inte bra städat alls, vi använde våra egna reselakan och använde inte köket. Samtidigt kanske man inte ska förvänta sig allt för mycket när priset är billigt🤷‍♀️

Wi-Fi non funzionava Caldaia rotta e quindi doccia fredda per 3 giorni Proprietario assente e poco accomodante verso il cliente che ha pagato un servizio (servizi non ricevuti) Casa senza persiane ne tende, riuscivamo a vedere le persone nella casa di fronte e viceversa. Pessimo !!!!

Zwei Airconditions und 3 Fernseher im großen und zentral gelegenen Appartment aber leider ziemlich vernachlässigt und deshalb mit erheblichen Mängeln

- kein WLAN (dafür erhielten wir 65 Euro Erstattung für 5 Nächte) - kein Balkon der in der Beschreibung enthalten war - notdürftig zusammen geklebte Möbel - der Ablauf der Dusche so langsam dass nach 2 Minuten duschen die Wanne überläuft und das Bad unter Wasser setzt - keine Vorhänge zur Verdunkelung bzw. Schutz vor Sonneneinstrahlung vorhanden - defektes Rollo im Wohnzimmer - Geschirr und Besteck mit Schmutzresten

Un incubo, terribile. Evitate.

La casa è sporca, puzza di muffa. I copriletto non sono stati lavati. Gli asciugamani impossibili da utilizzare, puzzavano e c'erano dei capelli in mezzo. Servizi inesistenti. La doccia un box senza vetri ma con una tenda lurida e il calcare ovunque. I muri sporchi. Sedendosi sul water ci si ritrova addosso a una lavatrice ricoperta di muffa. Cercando una coperta utilizzabile abbiamo aperto l'armadio della cameretta in cui si trovavano delle coperte sporche ammucchiate. I letti incommentabili. Entrando all'ingresso si deve scavalcare una betoniera e una carriola piene di cemento. Un vero incubo.

Vicino al centro e alla stazione, non lontano da gran parte delle attrazioni della citta. Ristoranti bar e market a pochi passi. l'appartamento è ben all'interno dell'isolato, quindi ben lontano dal chiasso dellastrada.

pulizia migliorabile, molti piccioni fuori dalla finestra. I letti non sono stati proprio comodi, alcuni materassi morbidi dall'utilizzo intenso, altri deformati a causa della struttura del letto.
