Ideal stay

The property was clean, comfortable and functional exactly like on the pictures. Very well equipped, there was even coffe, sugar and milk. Close to the center, 10 min walk at the max with beautiful cafe und restaurants near the area. The addes value of the house is the owner, LARA, very friendly, positive and helpful. She gave us loat of local tips.

Some streets nearby may seem a little strange to someone, as the view of so many young people sitting down on the pavements is not that common. Most of the University's schools are in this area. This does not affect the house in any way.

Spacious apartment within minutes of old city center

Spacious apartment within a few minutes walk of the old city center. Lara met us and provided a map, restaurant and activity recommendations and an apartment orientation (much appreciated). Great cross ventilation - and bedroom AC if needed. Great to have a little kitchen with refrigerator.

Bedroom ceiling fans would be helpful (to avoid AC). We had one night (out of 4) that was very noisy - with open windows. Bathtub is slippery. Needed better knives (especially a bread knife)

Great place once you get past the stairs.

The host was very nice and helpful. She was also very responsive. The apartment was a great size for 6 people. Location was great. We were close to places to eat or buy water. The area is very walkable to explore.

The three flights of stairs were a lot, especially with lots of luggage. There were ants in the family room on the carpet. There was only one bathroom.

Excellent location to explore Bologna. The apartment is big and comfortable, even prettier than in the photos. Clean and well-equipped. Lara is a wonderful host. Always fast to reply and very accommodating with our schedule and requests. Highly recommended!

Quirky, traditional apartment right in the tourist area of Bologna. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and very close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops.

Heerlijk ruim, centraal gelegen, leuk ingericht appartement

Het was heel ruim. De ruimte was leuk aangekleed. De kinderen waardeerden het kattenthema erg. Ook waren zij heel blij met de aanwezige spelletjes. Fijen communicatie met de host!

De douchestraal was niet zo sterk. De slaapbank in de woonkamer zat oncomfortabel en zakte steeds uit.
