Great stay😊

Beautiful well maintained property with nice little extras like bottled water, wine & snacks. Venessa is a great host and communicates well. She notified me as soon as the property was ready which was before the scheduled check in. She also said we could stay an hour after check in if we wanted. She messaged when we got to the property to make sure everything was was ok.

Stairs. There are quite a few stairs and as most properties in Italy no elevator. We will just need to learn to pack lighter. This still would not deter dem from staying here again. Town is 25 minute walk but still not a bad thing. You get to see s lot beautiful sites along the way and a good way to walk off your dinner.

Most comfortable place for good price.

This is the apartment, which you book, and don’t want to go out to the city. Fully equipped, from salt to air conditioning system in every room, cosy bedrooms and comfortable bathroom - everything is there. Host is amazing and helpful. Sad, that we had to leave so soon. Good luck!

The apartment is at the top of a few flight of stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as there is no lift.

The place is very clean and cozy. The apartment looks pretty new and well decorated. It has everything we need in the kitchen. They even have smart TV with Netflix account for us. The host is very nice and responded to all messages quickly. The location is not far from central station.

The location is a bit too far from city center by foot. But by bus it's still good.

Our stay was fantastic, one of the best experiences I've ever had with short-term lets. The beds were even more comfortable than our beds at home! :P The hostess was incredibly prompt with her replies to any queries we had, and she paid particular attention to equipping the apartment with essentials and non-essentials to make our stay especially enjoyable. The apartment far exceeded my every expectation, and I would recommend the apartment and host again without any reservation whatsoever. Excellent experience!

L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicino al centro. La casa è accogliente e molto funzionale. Vanessa è stata molto disponibile e attenta durante il pre check-in.

Non sono riuscito a trovare il bidone specifico per la plastica, quindi ero un po’ confuso su come smaltire questa confezione. La password del Wi-Fi era un po’ difficile da leggere, consiglierei di aggiungere un QR Code: renderebbe tutto molto più semplice per i futuri ospiti. 😀

Appartamento ristrutturato con arredi nuovi. 2 Camere ampie e cucina nuova.

1 Solo bagno per un appartamento per 6 persone non è il massimo, anche il fatto che sia al 3 piano senza ascensore e con una scala stretta e ripida sarebbe da segnalare meglio

Molt net i acollidor. Bany i cuina molt ben equipat. Comunicació molt fluïda amb la Vanessa, molt agradable. Cadires de sobres per tots. Llits còmodes i nets. I tot i ser 7 persones, tots teníem llit, cap sofà llit.

Podria tenir microones. Està una mica allunyat del centre.

Eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, alles Wichtige in der Nähe

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche fand man alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Klimaanlage war super wichtig bei so heißen Temperaturen. Busstation, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren uns wegen den kostenlosen Parkplätze an der Straße sehr unsicher (immer wieder wurden Autos abgeschleppt in der Wohngegend). Auf Schildern stand 2€/Std. aber nirgends hätte man Parkscheine kaufen können. Auch heizten sich die Zimmer sehr schnell wieder auf, wenn die Klimaanlage aus war (v.a. Nachts, wir wollten nicht krank werden). 1-2 Ventilatoren wären vielleicht gut. Die Fenster auf machen war leider zu laut und es gab viele Mücken. Auch sind die Betten (eine große Matratze) eigentlich zu klein für 2 Erwachsene. Was man noch wissen muss, wenn die Klimaanlagen laufen dann sollte man nicht gleichzeitig kochen, sonst haut es die Sicherung raus. (ist uns passiert).
