Location is really good

Excellent location with Restaurants etc just outside the door. Great cafe/bakery on the ground floor.

Bed top sheet too small for size of bed. Mould on ceiling at balcony door.No change of towels during our week stay. No communication to us whilst staying.Rubbish bin facilities not great.Taps in bathroom/kitchen loose.

The apartment was disappointing from the very first moment. The apartment was very outdated, with a clear sense of long-term lack of maintenance. In addition, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of cooking and frying coming from the restaurants on the street — a smell that spread throughout the space and made the stay unbearable. there was a significant gap between what was promised and shown in the photos and the actual condition of the apartment. The photos presented an inviting place, but in reality we received an apartment far from that standard. In fact, the apartment’s quality was no more than two stars on a good day.

Very good location. Near restaurants, many shops . The most important for us is parking only 3 min from the property.

If you want to leave the apartment 30 minutes later, you must pay an extra 20 euros.

Amazing, great value for money

Really well kept, fantastic location and the owners/property managers can't do enough for you. You can even keep your suitcases safe after check out if you have a late flight, location really helps as you're right in the centre.

The apartment was nice and roomy. we enjoyed the location.

Our unit was roomy. Convenient location as well. It was walkable to/from train station and to the city center. The unit was clean.

We had problems operating the AC but after googling figured it out. Not the property’s fault though.

Nice

Nice appartement with everything you need. Maybe a little too small for 4 plus suitcases. In the middle of town, but quite. Nice coffee shop on ground floor for breakfast. Public parking garage outside ZTL close by. Bologna is a great alternative to do sightseeing, eat well and have almost no tourists

Cozy apartment with good location, but check-in experience annoying

The apartment is in a good location, clean, and well-furnished. It has pretty much everything you might need, including a washing machine — though unfortunately no washing powder was provided. The shower soap dispenser was broken, which was a minor inconvenience.

What really lowered the overall experience for me was the check-in process. The online check-in system was quite complicated and not very user-friendly. In addition, the check-in time was not flexible. Unlike many other hosts who at least allow guests to drop off their luggage before official check-in, this one asked for extra payment even for that. Despite those issues, the apartment itself is small but cozy and comfortable.

Good bed, minimalist style decor, facilities not great.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. There were good restaurants in the same road.

There were issues with the electrics, though it was resolved by a contact on What's App promptly. After that we couldn't get the cooker to work - the instructions stuck on the back of a cupboard door about the cooker were out of date.

great location clean apartment good size ,we had the 650sqft. it had the bedrooms on the 2nd flr

only issue was lack of communication could not talk to anyone with isues.ie. why air-conditioning wasn't working it was a simple fix had i known about it it would have eliminated the issue all together ialso had the smoke alarm go off and didnt know how to reset the alarm

The location was very good, close to Bologna Centrale and also in city center

The noise. The walls are too thin, you can hear everything from your upstairs/downstairs neighbors even more so if you get to first floor, because on the ground floor is a cafeteria (very good by the way)

The apartment far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated with great lighting. Super shower in a large bathroom. Every facility available, including a washing machine. Beds were comfortable with amazing pillows. Easy access but very secure. Great value for money. Well done to the host. My only regret is that we didn't stay for longer but will definitely return.

Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, nice interiors, great location to walk around the city center and walking distance from/to train station. Extra credits for the bakery right below the flat :))

Cosy, comfortable studio in a central location

Centrally located on a cute pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants, a short walk from all the sites. The studio we stayed in was spacious and clean. The decor is stylish and cosy and there is plenty of light. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast.

The thermostat is locked at 21C and is located in the warm hallway, so other parts of the space get pretty chilly and there is nothing you can do about it.

it was central but still a building site and no lift

the toilet fell of the wall on first night and flooded bathroom with toilet water then BD came off. we could not use bathroom had to go to restaurant across street which after it closed we had no bathroom use next day they fixed give us 200 euros off the room but the room stunk of adhesive which give us both busting headaches the guy then told us to be gently on the toilet!! lift broken, downstairs like a building site

Great location, kids loved it.

Very clean, perfect location, communication for booking and check-in was great. We had a really lovely time staying here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children), the apartment was a bedroom, bathroom with shower and then the big room was a combined big dining kitchen and living area with a couchbed, which was perfect for what we were looking for, basically a clean, comfortable base for our daytrips across Emilia Romagna and sightseeing in Bologna.

Everything was great, possibly could have left some more bin bags and toilet rolls (though there is the option to leave rubbish outside in the morning for staff to collect, ideally there would be even one additional bag to help do this) - very minor comment though!
