Excellent option for an airport hotel and the staff is really nice. The room was both nicely furnished and large (esp for a European hotel), the bathroom was great, breakfast buffet had lots of great variety, with traditional Spanish, or AngloAmerican, healthy fruits, yogurts,etc. They have a free shuttle from/to airport from (I think) 6:45-10:15. It should be a 3 minute ride but because of highway work (early Feb 2026) it took more like 8 minutes to get there (only 3 min on the shuttle next morning!) Unfortunately our flight, which should have landed at 9:15 was two hours late so we had to take a cab. Despite arriving close to midnight, the gentleman at the desk (Feb 2nd) was welcoming and helpful. As were the staff in the breakfast room. Good choice for location, rooms, breakfast.

Thanks to Martina and crew for making our stay warm, easy and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. From locating shops and advice on major attractions and good food choices too. The apartment is well appointed and delightful to rest in. We had everything we needed. A favourite accomdatiin from our trip to Italy. Bologna is a great town to visit. Cheers

The location is great - it’s close walking distance to most of the touristy and social areas. The place itself was clean, but I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s not a hotel, it’s a couple of hotel rooms within a condo building. The building is very noisy, with paper thin walls. You need 4 different keys to get through 4 different doors with complicated locks every time you leave and come back. Checkout is early (10a). The room had an ironing board but no iron. The furniture felt old.

Overall I would give this a 4 star relative to what we wanted from the property/were expecting. We stayed in Bologna for 2 days, and this apartment was spacious and amazingly located in the old town, which was perfect for exploring in a relatively short space of time. The pros were: The responsiveness of staff. The aircon wasn’t working on day 1 and this was rectified quickly, were very happy to recommend restaurants and sites proactively and generally were very pleasant. Location. Very central to main sites and restaurants. Safe area, safe apartment. Space - lots of space to keep suitcases Clean Netflix in the room which was nice to relax at the end of the day. Cons: Quite dated Bed not the comfiest but fine for a couple of days Weird smell in the communal lift and corridor but fine in room Overall would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

A perfect, cute, unique apartment in a great location! The apartment had plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Its location is central and it’s easy to walk anywhere you need to go! There are a couple of great little wine bars across the street as well. Reception was very friendly and communicative. All around a great find.

Perfect location in the center of the old town, but just far enough away from peak tourist spots that it was quiet and safe. The apartment was very secure and spacious. It was very well-equipped and felt very traditional. No roadside parking was available, but there was a garage nearby.

The building is ice, better than most in the block. The elevator...too small and really smelly, like bad garbage. Parking in the area, very pricey 105€ for 3 nights. Replace the old red overthrow on the sofa to make it look inviting and to match the decor better...perhaps taupe color. The place was nice. The amenities offered within really good.

This was a very clean apartment, located in a safe neighbourhood, within very easy walking to the train station, shopping, historic sites, and a vast selection of eating and drinking options. The location of this flat can’t be beat. Staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Good apartment, it allows you to be closer to everything in the city. No luxurious but modest and well equipped with appliances. Only flaw was the spider webs on the attic ceiling, close to the bed, I did not stayed in that bedroom so it was fine for me. I will comeback if have the chance.

Neighborhood is great - close enough to walk to the train station for day trips (or with luggage to/from airport) but far enough away to be in a set back in safe, lovely & charming streets. Many of our favourite restaurants and wine bars are just around the corner.

Absolutely excellent cannot fault apartment is quiet although through the night there is noise of street cleaning which may effect if you are a light sleeper it’s brief Very central we opted to use the many supermarkets and cooked 3 of the 4 nights The apartment is over 3 floors homely feel. Fernando very helpful office of Vita Studio apartments is ground floor 10 till 7 pm You are in the middle of everything & Bologna is a walkable city. Please book honest review I cannot fault

Great location. About 25 minute walk from train station and 10 minutes to Plaza Maggiore. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy to communicate with property managers both before and during our stay. Apartment clean and well maintained. Three things to consider. Some night time noise from people walking nearby after dining. Pretty minor considering it’s in the middle of a city. Steep and narrow stairs within the apartment might pose challenge for some. Top floor got hot and air conditioning didn’t help much.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed in Italy. The place was clean and well maintained. It is within easy walking distance to many sights within the city center and only about a 10 minute walk from Bologna Centrale Station.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the property to be incredibly well-located, professionally managed, and overall a great place to stay. The layout of our apartment was a little odd, but the place had everything we needed. The location is super convenient to everything. And the staff welcome was amazing. This is a great place to stay, quiet, comfortable, just as described. Staff super helpful, great to have restaurant recommendations on map provided in arrival package. Bologna is an exquisite city with amazing porticos for miles and miles. Terrific history, tall mideval towers, beautiful churches, great shopping. This location was excellent.

Amazing location, the service was excellent. The apartment was reasonable. Lovely bed, kitchen, living area and washing machine. The air conditioning was not brilliant and was so noisy in the bedroom that we couldn’t have it on at night so I didn’t sleep as I was very warm. Also the shower looked like one of those with all bells and whistles however none of the functions worked on it. All in all I would recommend as mostly it was great.
