About this apartment rental
Vintage-style apartment a few steps away from Palazzo Re Enzo and the Two Towers, right in the heart of Bologna.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor reachable on foot (no elevator), opens onto a small hallway from which it is possible to access the bright living room fitted with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a glass coffee table and a dining table. Adjacent to this room, there is the independent and fully-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a kettle and the necessary cooking tools. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a queen-size bed each: the first one is furnished with a dresser and a TV, while the second one with a magnificent mirrored wardrobe and two nightstands with two vintage-looking lamps. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
At guests’ disposal there will be comforts such as the free wi-fi, perfect for working from home, the air conditioning throughout the apartment and the independent heating for colder days.
*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
At 1 minute walking distance there is the bus stop Rizzoli that allows guests to reach the central station with a 10-minute bus drive while the airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Perfect location for center bologna. Be prepared to haul luggage 6-7 floors. Wonderful Italy communication processes are delayed and sometimes inconsistent. They became more responsive in the last 3-4 days before the visit. I would return…with a smaller bag.

Positives: very central location, size of condo, in-suite laundry
Negatives: sewage smell coming from washroom that spread to entire condo and made using washroom or staying in condo difficult (and nothing done by host when we complained on multiple occasions), small washroom, 8 flights of stairs/no elevators, have to set up an appointment to check in which is not convenient, broken chair in bedroom, dusty, no mattress or pillow covers under the bed sheets
