About this apartment rental
Lovely apartment overlooking Piazza Maggiore, in Bologna.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift, accessible from Via de' Fusari.
The entrance opens onto the bright living area which consists of two spaces divided by an arched opening: the kitchen, fully equipped also with a microwave and a kettle, a dining table and a large wardrobe, and the living room coming with an additional dining table, a sofa bed, a TV and a window.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe with a mirror.
A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. Outstanding location. 4th floor walkup was killer. Amenities in the apartment could be improved as well as communication between owners & renters. Would I stay again? Yes. Just know that you will need to translate communication.

The property was amazing! Right near the historic city center but tucked away just enough so that it didn’t feel too close to it all. There are 75 stairs to the apartment door, so be prepared for a bit of a climb to then have amazing views!! Very clean and better than you would imagine from the pictures.

Please read very carefully when you book this apartment 3 floor no elevator they did no specified
That also you have one more set of deep step on your entrance total 58 deep step not for older people or heavy set or with large luggage.
Also i put 3 Adult the website did not specify that the bathroom was in the Master bedroom.
Also they Listed bedroom 1 Bedroom 2 sofa couch
They supposed have listed
Bedroom 1 with Bathroom shover
And living room with sofa couch.
No small service bathroom for the third Adult.
In small word i had to book one more Studio for my brother that needed to use the bathroom often.
Shame on them
