Charming newly renovated apartment in a very central area of the city of Bologna.
The house features a modern-style interior and opens onto a large living room that comes with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an espresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle and an oven.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk and a French window thanks to which the room can benefit from abundant natural light. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades.
