Overall, the apartment is absolutely fine if you just need a place to sleep, but for a longer stay I wouldn’t choose it.

The location was absolutely excellent. The apartment was clean. And the staff were always in touch and helpful whenever I had any questions.

there were a few things that could be improved. There was almost no natural daylight, and the apartment was quite noisy — there was no sound insulation, so everything from the street was easy to hear, especially on the ground floor. Both showers had issues: in one bathroom the shower was partially broken and leaking, and in the other it was not fully functional, with water flowing onto the floor. The kettle was also almost broken and required holding the button to boil water. The Wi-Fi was unstable and hardly worked. It was also stated that breakfast was included, but it turned out to be just a croissant, toast, jam, and coffee that we had to prepare ourselves.

Would stay again

The apartment is located in the city centre walking distance to main attractions, 15 mins walk from train station. There are two bathrooms which was a huge plus for 5 girls staying in. We used air con as heating and it worked good. The host was super nice and as it was transportation strike on the day of our arrival we had troubles getting to the apartment, Francesco offered to give us a ride and provided mamy recommendations on sightseeing during the ride. We stayed 4 night and can't complain about anything

The only downside were 4 wine glasses as it was 5 of us but that's not really a problem as there were other glasses there😄 I would recommend warmer duvets as I prefer to cover instead of using heating

Location is good, lots of shops nearby, also restaurants and ATMs. Ask the taxi to turn the taximeter on because the price is around 12€ instead of the 20€ they are asking. The express train is 8€ / person to the airport, children have to pay too.

I've asked for a late check out because I was traveling with my children and our plane departed in the evening. The host accepted and confirmed my request, but soon as I paid he went back on his word. He said there is another guest coming within 20 minutes, and they need to clean the room. Because the booking non-refundable there was nothing else to do. The matrasses had urine on and the whole room smelled like one. Not to mention the bedding... Take a look at the pictures. When the janitor arrived to clean the room, they had only a bucket with, so they did not change our towels nor the bedding for the next guest, which is disgusting. Makes me wonder how many people used the same bedding and towels... I was waiting outside for the taxi for more than 25 minutes, they just swiped up for the next guest. The door can not be locked properly from outside because the glass door is not lockable... I usually give 10 points, but this is the place I would never return again.

Brilliant little apartment

The location was fantastic, just around the corner from a beautiful square. The bathrooms (2 of them!) were large, clean and beautifully done. The kitchen had everything it needed and the beds were very comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night but would recommend again.

Loft perfetto per un soggiorno a Bologna

Ottima struttura in pieno centro a Bologna. A pochi passi dalla piazza principale e da Via Indipendenza. Il loft è molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Gli host Francesco e Stefania sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Toplina, udobnost i pravi italijanski ugođaj☺

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je za nas pravo malo utočište. Stefy i Francesco su divni domaćini i od prvog trenutka učinili su da se osjećamo iskreno dobrodošlo. Oduševio nas je pravi italijanski doručak, savršen uz jutarnju kaficu, a posebno nam je značilo što su nas po dolasku poslije ponoći dočekale i vode u smještaju:). Prostor je veoma čist, udoban i simpatično uređen, a lokacija tiha i prijatna. Moram napomenuti da smo dobili i jasne upute vezano za grijanje. Odlazimo puni lijepih utisaka i sa iskrenom željom da se vratimo🙂

Solo la centralità della struttura a tutte le attrazioni del centro storico di Bologna

Appartamento inserito in un condominio, sigillato tra palazzi e attività commerciali. Le finestre affacciano in strutture interne, poca areazione e luce naturale. L’accesso prevedere una grata in ferro simil prigione e una porta con chiusura difettosa. Igiene scarsa e bagni che emettono cattivi odori ogni qual volta si apre l’acqua. Doccia nel bagno più piccolo che non assorbe acqua con rischio allagamento dell’intera stanza. E la colazione inclusa? Specchietto per allodole. Cornetti in busta, 200 ml di latte per 4 persone per 2 giorni. Zona ztl con impossibilità di arrivare con valigie e passeggini in struttura, senza possibilità di esonero momentaneo a differenza delle altre strutture locali.

Le meilleur du centre ville

La localisation de l’établissement est exceptionnelle. On est proche de tout (centre ville, marché, restaurants) on est à qqs minutes de la gare et les déplacements sont faciles pour les villes a proximité (modane, Florence, Ferrare, Ravenne…). Le logement est bien équipé avec 2 salles de bain et des lits confortable. L’air climatisé est un must en plein été et le logement est très silencieux même si il est au centre ville.

Excelente ubicación, dos baños muy bien equipados, correcta limpieza y funcionamiento del wifi.

Las almohadas no eran nada cómodas y algunos armarios por dentro no estaban limpios.
