L'appartamento è commodo con tutto quello che ti serve per sentirti a casa. Si trova in una strada principale molto vicina al centro. Questo mi è piaciuto perché si sentiva come un'esperienza più autentica di quartertiere. A metri dell'appartamento c'è il verdulario, supermercato, bar, fermata autobus, ecc. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente nell'appartamento e lui è stato comprensivo. La prossima volta che vengo a Bologna cercherò di rimanere da loro!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento che era ben collegato al centro con i mezzi . I prezzi confrontati con i prezzi di altri posti erano ottimi e i servizi offerti sono stati più che sufficienti Il proprietario ci ha accolto bene ed è stato molto disponibile

Casa vergognosamente sporca

Al momento della prenotazione la tassa di soggiorno era già stabilita. L'host mi ha poi contattata chiedendomi una cifra superiore poiché Booking non aveva modificato l'importo. Contattando l'assistenza, mi hanno confermato l'importo stabilito al momento della prenotazione e non quello che mi chiedeva lui. Io ho rifiutato ovviamente e ho pagato l'importo chiesto al momento della prenotazione. Per scusarsi ha offerto la colazione. La casa era sporchissima. L'host ha anche detto che prima di una determinata ora non era probabilmente possibile fare il check in perché non sapeva se la signora delle pulizie avrebbe finito entro tale orario. In quella casa non puliscono da mesi. Polvere ovunque. Le lenzuola erano piene di peli. Non si capiva se fossero di animali. Contattato l'host ha subito provveduto a cambiare le lenzuola. Anche queste piene di peli. Gli asciugamani puzzavano. L'host ribadiva il fatto che fosse stato tutto igienizzato ma tutto era pieno di peli e puzzava. Ragnatele ovunque. Il soffitto della camera da letto aveva crepe. La testiera del letto era piena di polvere. Le abat jour erano piene di polvere. Tutto era molto sporco e l'host si chiedeva come fosse possibile questo. Tutto possibilissimo, la casa non viene pulita da molto tempo, anche se l'host pareva cascare dalle nuvole ad ogni mia lamentela. Non ho mai soggiornato in una casa peggiore di questa. Sconsiglio a tutti di prenotare, soprattutto a chi soffre di allergie come me.

Host gentilissimo, posizione buona. La casa è bel fornita, andrebbe buttato via il 70% delle cose che ci sono dentro, dovrebbe essere più snella e funzionale, però c’è tutto, ci tornerei. Se fosse pulita potrebbe valere il massimo.

Spazi angusti, un armadio a 6 ante e spazi stretti. La pulizia è mediocre; Andrebbe pulita meglio e in maniera più approfondita. In realtà semplice, funzionale e carina peccato che si respira aria di sporco.

τα παντα!Δηλαδη οταν φτασαμε στο μικρο διαμερισμα ο οικοδεσποτης Κ.Carlo μας υποδεχτηκε με μια νευρικοτητα παρολο που τον ειχα ενημερωσει για την ωρα της αφηξης μας{οστοσο μπορω να την δικαιολογισω γιατι ειχαμε μαζι μας εναν εφηβο που απο παραληψη μου δεν ειχα γραψει την ηλικια του εννω εκεινος περιμενε ενα μωρο μηνων αλλα χωρις να εχει φροντισει να εχει το κρεβατακι του μωρου ισως γιατι επρεπε να το πληρωσουμε σαν επιπλεον παροχη}.Αυτα ειναι τα ελαφρια ας παμε στ"αλλα τωρα Οι πετσετες ηταν μοναχα 3 και αυτες προσωπου που μυριζαν ασχημα ενω οφειλε να εχει ενα σετ για τον καθ ενα μας γιατι μας χρεωσε για τον 15 χρονο 150 ευρο παραπανω για τις 4 νυχτες χωρις καμια αποδειξη και χωρις την διαμεσωλαβηση γραφειο που μεσω αυτου βρηκα το διαμερισμα}Τα σκευει τα μαγειρικα ηταν με λιγδα!Αδυνατον να μαγειρεψουμε με ασφαλεια!Το πληντηριο ρουχων στο συρταρι που μπενει το απορυπαντικο ηταν πολυ βρομικο.Σεντονια δευτερο σετ δεν υπηρχε ουτε και μαξηλαροθηκες. ΤΟ κρεβατι του παιδιου ηταν κοντο κοιμοταν διαγωνια γιατι δεν χωρουσε. Δεν το συστηνω σε κανεναν!
