Great appartment in Bologna

Very well located and extremely convenient if you have a car (the parking lot is paying but very close by). beds were comfortable, all was clean and the kitchen has everything you might need.

The AC didn’t reach the loft area very well. But the host did bring a fan to help cool it a bit.

Great location neer from the centre

Location, size, facilities, simplicity to get the keys.

Bologna transport system is a little bit poor. The taxis and uber are not reliable.

Good value for money but be prepared for some concessions...

Like: location of the building, Camilla' support during the stay to get things done and help clarify some doubts and missing stuff (like shampoo or shower gel - we were lucky to bring some for one of the kids). Dislike: overall cleanliness of the apartment not the best one, sofa and maitresses need to be changed (old and sofa with to much dust not good for people with allergies), blackouts missing in the rooms (lot of light very soon), and some missing kitchen appliances like Microwave (not working) or a toaster (we need to improve some using the oven).

Great location, not very clean. Shabby furniture in bedrooms

The location is perfect for exploring Bologna. Bus station just across street, all daily needs are close by. Unfortunately the furniture needs updating/ repair , a deep clean of furniture and apartment is needed. Bedding was nasty.Kitchen is not functional. We found it overpriced for the lack of quality provided. Host was responsive and provided us with lots of helpful information regarding Bologna.

Beautiful apartment in a very good location near the old tow. The place was well equipped, clean and nice Heating, hot water, WiFi working well The person who received us was very kind and helpful

The living room is too small for groups of people to spend time together The kitchen did not have towels to be used to dry hands or clean surfaces. Which was a problem for us while cooking

Perfect to enjoy Bologna with the family

Very nice apartment to stay in Bologna. Spacious and with all the comforts. Well located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Highly recommended.

To say the least, the beds could have been more comfortable.

Property wasn’t clean. Ants everywhere. Air conditioning poor and the one In the front bedroom was so noisy no one could sleep in there.

Spacious and very nice / clean / nicely decorated flat 2 full bathrooms ! Nicely welcome. Flexibility for the check in (so appreciated) The public parking (12€ a day which is reasonable) so close to the flat! Ground floor (but above street level :-) very convenient Very quiet (good windows) despite being on a busy street Close to the center A few extra things available in the kitchen (like coffee)

- The air conditioning in the living room made too much noise (clicks) and would wake us up (even in the bedroom next door) during the night - the same air con is not effective to cool the room upstairs when the weather brings 35 degrees during the day - My daughter and son reported the beds (room at the back and upstairs) are curved and makes it hard to sleep at two people as they fall on each other during the night.

Spacious, clean, with everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to everything and with a commercial parking lot nearby.

Mattresses are a bit worn, have a “dip” in the middle- making it a bit tricky to sleep in two in the bed as you keep rolling to the middle of the bed.

Erittäin nautittava kokonaisuus.

Erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla keskustan nähtävyyksien suhteen. Vaikka ison kadun varressa, niin huoneisto oli todella hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Huoneet olivat riittävän isoja ja kaksi vessaa ja suihkua oli hyvä lisä useammalle yöpyjälle. Astianpesukonen hyvä lisä ja helpottaa asumista.

Astioita hieman niukasti, mutta riittävästi.

Posizione ottima rispetto al centro città.

In tutto l'appartamento non ci sono appendiabiti per giacche. Nel corridoio ci potrebbero stare.
