Great location and cozy place for a few night's stay! The host is also extremely nice and accommodating. Also fantastic price for what you get. Really appreciated the little kitchen and moka for coffee. ---- I see people complaining about the check-in process, but honestly it was quite easy...particularly if you have PayPal and can pay the city tax before you arrive. Maybe make the city tax a bit clearer on booking.com, but otherwise I feel like it is common in most Italian cities so people should just expect it.

Top location close to historical centre. Personal bathroom. Small and functional, mix of old (kitchenette) and new-ish (bathroom).

Our room (number 9) was directly under the roof and therefor slanted. Taller people would have felt squished.

Unorganised and unprofessional, but good spot

The house was clean and in a good position. Fair price.

The stuff/owner was terrible and unprofessional. The check-in was a dreadful experience. We had to wait 30 minutes before being able to enter in the room. Trying to reach the owner is basically impossible, and it provides vital information for the staying only a couple of hours before deadlines. Very unorganised and bad management!

It has good space and amenities, and the location is great also.

The only issue with had was with the shower, which would sometimes not get warm. The water wasn't cold but sometimes it wouldn't be warm either.

Fair, but with mayor errors.

It was fairly Clean, and stood as showed on the pictures. Own Kitchen with option for cooking own breakfast and a fridge to keep food and water. Bathroom was fine.

Very poor help and service from personel. A/C remote was malfunctioning så it went full on and cooled to 21 celsius. This was fine during the hot Day, but too Cold for the night. And again, No useful help from personel. The A/C was VERY! Loud. It Disturbed sleep every night. Waking from loud sounds from A/C 2-3 times each night.

La posizione è centrale e si riesce a raggiungere i vari punti di interesse a piedi. All’interno della camera c’è anche una piccola cucina, molto comodo per chi vuole farsi da mangiare e risparmiare.

L’host ci ha comunicato in ritardo che potevamo lasciare le valigie in albergo pagando una piccola cifra. Quindi consiglierei di comunicare con anticipo i servizi a disposizione.

Non aprite quella porta

Nulla a parte la posizione e l'ingresso dello stabile e la mancanza di comunicazione.

La stanza prenotata doveva essere al primo piano e non su una soffitta piccolissima al secondo piano il cui accesso per noi anziani è stato molto complicato. Piccolissima buia anche con la luce accesa e con un tetto spiovente che non permetteva alcun movimento. Ben diversa dalla foto vista che era anche l'ultima stanza disponibile. SIAMO ANDATI VIA con l'aiuto di nostro figlio che ci aveva accompagnati. La delusione è stata tanta e con il danno di aver dovuto trovare subito una soluzione alternativa. Siamo stati rimborsati ma la tassa di soggiorno non ci è stata restituita. Che dire : GIUDIZIO NEGATIVISSIMO

ΕΝΑΣ ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΣ ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΜΑΣ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΕ ΠΟΤΕ .

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και η κυρία που το καθάριζε πολύ ευγενική . Επίσης βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία και αυτά ήταν τα μόνα θετικά του καταλύματος .

Το κατάλυμα πριν το κλείσουμε έλεγε στις παροχές ότι έχει θέρμανση κάτι που δεν υπήρχε ούτε για δείγμα . Η επίσκεψη μας ήταν μέσα Οκτωβρίου πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι το βράδυ είχε 9 βαθμούς περίπου . Σε επικοινωνια με τον οικοδεσπότη ρωτήσαμε εάν υπάρχει θέρμανση και αυτός μας ανέφερε ότι δεν υπάρχει και ότι εξαρτάται από την πολυκατοικία κάτι το οποίο δεν αναφερόταν ΠΟΥΘΕΒΑ . Καθώς λοιπόν είχε κρύο τον παρακαλέσαμε να μας φέρει κάποια κουβέρτα καθώς δεν είχε ούτε από αυτό το κατάλυμα και ο άνθρωπος δεν μας απάντησε ποτέ και δεν μας έφερε επίσης ποτέ τίποτα . 5 ημέρες μείναμε με ένα λεπτό πάπλωμα και αυτός εξαφανισμένος . Την τελευταία μέρα εμφανίστηκε και μας έστειλε να του κάνουμε μια θετική κριτική στο booking και αυτός θα μας χαρίσει μια δωρεάν διανυκτέρευση στο επόμενο ταξίδι μας και κάπως έτσι κερδίζει θετικές κριτικές . ΑΠΛΑ ΝΤΡΟΠΗ . Δεν θα σας πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα εάν θέλετε να πάτε χειμώνα στην Μπολόνια . Και κάτι τελευταίο , το κατάλυμα για 5 ημέρες διέθετε μόνο δύο χαρτιά υγείας καμία χαρτοπετσέτα και μόνο λίγο σαπούνι χεριών επίσης αρνητικό .
