Small room with kitchenette, fully equipped kitchenette, good wifi bars and restaurants within 5min walk, all sights within walking distance, supermarkets within 10min public transport within 5-10min, Bologna Centrale 20min.

appartment quite small (seemed to be flat divided in 5-6 small appartments) you could hear other guests personally, matress is too soft for me super small shower/bathroom

Perfect Location, Cozy Facilities

Great location and cozy place for a few night's stay! The host is also extremely nice and accommodating. Also fantastic price for what you get. Really appreciated the little kitchen and moka for coffee. ---- I see people complaining about the check-in process, but honestly it was quite easy...particularly if you have PayPal and can pay the city tax before you arrive. Maybe make the city tax a bit clearer on booking.com, but otherwise I feel like it is common in most Italian cities so people should just expect it.

Top location close to historical centre. Personal bathroom. Small and functional, mix of old (kitchenette) and new-ish (bathroom).

Our room (number 9) was directly under the roof and therefor slanted. Taller people would have felt squished.

Unorganised and unprofessional, but good spot

The house was clean and in a good position. Fair price.

The stuff/owner was terrible and unprofessional. The check-in was a dreadful experience. We had to wait 30 minutes before being able to enter in the room. Trying to reach the owner is basically impossible, and it provides vital information for the staying only a couple of hours before deadlines. Very unorganised and bad management!

The studio was very cozy, clean and fully renovated. It is located in the heart of Bologna, easily accessible and in walking distance from main streets and major attractions.

It has good space and amenities, and the location is great also.

The only issue with had was with the shower, which would sometimes not get warm. The water wasn't cold but sometimes it wouldn't be warm either.

Fair, but with mayor errors.

It was fairly Clean, and stood as showed on the pictures. Own Kitchen with option for cooking own breakfast and a fridge to keep food and water. Bathroom was fine.

Very poor help and service from personel. A/C remote was malfunctioning så it went full on and cooled to 21 celsius. This was fine during the hot Day, but too Cold for the night. And again, No useful help from personel. The A/C was VERY! Loud. It Disturbed sleep every night. Waking from loud sounds from A/C 2-3 times each night.

La ubicación cerca de la plaza maggiore y Fuente de Neptuno. La limpieza es correcta y el trato del Gerente que en todo momento te intenta solucionar los problemas, se me quedó un artículo en la habitación he hicieron todas las gestiones para su devolución a su propietario. Prueba de Buenos profesionales.

Poco profesional

La ubicación.

En primer lugar, la estafa. Nosotros pedimos una habitación determinada, y cuando llegamos a la estancia, la realidad resultó ser otra. El cuarto era claustrofóbico, más pequeño que el que habíamos reservado; me tenía que agachar para entrar a la mayoría de zonas del baño. En segundo lugar, el trato del hombre con el que contactamos para la reserva. No solo fue desconsiderado, sino que también en algunos momentos nos habló de muy malas maneras y faltándonos el respeto. También, nos amenazó con que si seguíamos quejándonos, nos cancelaba las 3 noches y nos dejaba en la calle a nuestra suerte. Nos cambió la habitación para el segundo y el tercer día.
