poor maintainance of apartment and building, no heating!!!, gas cooker problem, bathroom drain heavily stinking, heavy construction noises, drilling in street starting 7.30 morning also saturday/sunday , no sleeping possible for the next weeks/months, rent much too high for such poor quality, check-in difficult, hand-over person hardly speaks/understand English, emergency check out necessary because gas and water will be cut off next morning, owner did not inform about emergency exit when front iron gate is not working ( happened at check-out), the place is unrentable

The apartment was bright

I only stayed two nights out of six booked, because the apartment had serious hygiene issues: insect larvae in the mattress, worms, spiders, bugs. The apartment was visibly dirty in many areas, with dust, hair, and dirt. After my complain - on the second day the cleaning lady sprayed the mattress with window cleaner, instead of being cleaned or replaced, which made it impossible to sleep there. I appreciate that the host gave me a full refund, but the place was not safe or acceptable. I also lost a full day of work relocating to a new apartment. While the location is fine, the conditions were far below any reasonable standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Am very happy about the location, staff assistance and size of apartment.

Very Central in old city. Perfect to access market, shops, cinemas & the Piazza Maggiore where they are showing archival films every evening.

There is pipe smell from bathroom, which is affecting the overall impression of apartment, which is others comfy and spacious. Is fine when windows are open - but that would imply noise from street which is directly outside and with night traffic.

All in all a good stay due to great service from the hosts.

The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. When the apartment was not suitable for us due to the loud noise from the street, they arranged a different, more quiet acomodation for us within an hour. Great service!!!

Great location and good apartment size.

Great position in the heart of Bologna. The key handoff was simple and quick. The room was big enough and had bad, table and couch. I had to work and the table was perfect to do it. The host was very responsive.

The only heat source was the a bulky heater which was really noisy. Like you could not sleep with that thing on during the night. Even watching the TV or working can be unpleasant when the heater is running. Eventually we learned to keep it on all the time while we were not home and keep it off while at home. Some day though we were home for most of the day so we had to suck it up. Not a deal breaker, we still appreciated our stay.

Well equipped, spacious and quiet apartment close to the city centre.

Location was in easy walking distance of the centre and yet quiet (on the third floor, via a lift). The apartment is relatively spacious though bed, lounge and kitchen are all in one room.

The soundproofing was typical of the buildings of this postwar period. Good between floors (I heard nothing from above or below) but not enough to completely shut out the neighbours' TV.

Very good and large room with all utilities included right in the center of Bologna! The host was very nice and let us stay a bit longer after the check out for work reasons.

The WiFi didn’t work so well and the Air Conditioning was a bit loud.

This is a best apartment in Bologna. Is very clean, huge and it's excellent value for money. Check in experience is best. Great and very welcoming people. Local market is close, bus station Lame is a front of building so you can go everywhere. A huge a number of historical places is very close to this location.

Estuvimos la ultima semana de enero con mi hijo (16 años, con discapacidad) Las mantas no eran suficientes para la cama y el sofacama. PASAMOS FRIO. Las mantas sucias, con manchas. La calefacción central no funcionó nunca, PASAMOS FRIO! La estructura que sostiene la mampara de la ducha ESTÁ ROTA, por lo que no cumple su función.. Hay que hacer malabares para que no se caiga mientras te das un baño. Mucha SUCIEDAD en la COCINA (comida arrojada en el piso) y en el BAÑO (la suciedad de la mampara da asco) La VAJILLA toda SUCIA!! Tuvimos que lavar tazas, platos cubiertos porque tenían comida pegada. Un asco!! El piso estaba sucio. La PUERTA de la HELADERA está ROTA. Las patas de la mesa y también las de las sillas están inestables, flojas.

L'appartamento in cui sono stato io è spazioso, in una posizione eccezionale, e con i termosifoni regolabili che scaldano la casa davvero molto velocemente. Il servizio dello staff è stato rapido e cordiale. Rispetto agli altri prezzi per lo stesso periodo di tempo davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Praticamente tutto perfetto.

L'appartamento è probabilmente stato babitato da dei fumatori, e quindi molte cose hanno trattenuto l'odore. Dopo un po' ti ci abitui, però all'inizio soprattutto è un po' pesante.

Appartamento normale, poco rifinito. Bagno SPORCO, abbiamo dovuto pulire per quanto possibile ma comunque la doccia era in condizioni pietose. Comunicato quanto descritto al proprietario, mi ha liquidato con un "mi scuso" senza intervenire in un qualsiasi modo. Le foto a testimonianza delle mie parole.. il proprietario ha fatto finta di rimanere stupito, come se non sapesse che un"anta era appesa a malapena o della presenza di muffa su tutti i lati e di certo non era un problema dell ultimo minuto

No tuve posibilidad de encontrar algo que me gustara.

Todo en general, pero en particular la falta de respuesta a mis requerimientos ante el encargado de darme las llaves. Ej. El único closet de la habitación tenía elementos propios del verano, reposeras, lonas y trastos con un olor indeseable.El inodoro ternía la tapa de madera suelta, la mampara de baño sucia y desvencijada, no había un tercer plato para desayunar, o un tecrer cubierto para untar. El aire acondicionado era uno dispositivo de piso quq expulsa el aire caliente por una manguera de unas 4", pero no cabía en el agujero de la pared para su uso correcto.No habia un simple rollo de papel de cocina o esponja para lavar vajilla, etc. Etc.El encargado quedó en enviarnos un ayudante que apareció el segundo día y se limitó a descargar algunos platos, vasos adicionales y retirar la mugre del close pero adujo no traeer el hidráulico para ajustar la tapa del inodoro ni solucionó el tema del aire acondicionado.Fue tal la decepcion que al 4º dia dejamos el piso y nos volvimos a España habiendo pagado anticipada la estadía por siete dias. Queda dicho.En una de las paredes lucía el símbolo de Booking con una calificación 9.6 creo que de 10 años atras, como símbolo de la decadencia y falta de mantenimiento del lugar. No volvería nunca.Aclaro soy un viajero GENIUS 3 de Booking y con mi esposa formamos una pareja de adultos mayores (78)

Slecht onderhouden: losse kastdeuren, losse deur koelkast, kapotte douchedeur, geen extra wc papier, onvoldoende afwasmiddel, vuil vaatdoekje, stof op de kast, losse wc bril, afwas niet erg schoon, afval vorige bewoner (een hele volle emmer) niet opgeruimd. Op de muur hing de Booking- beoordeling 9 ... uit 2014!

Design moderno su via Lame. Ma prezzi fuori scala!

Il design moderno dell'arredamento e la posizione comodissima per le location in cui dovevo recarmi, ovvero le sale cinematografiche coinvolte nel festival 'Il cinema ritrovato'. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste.

La prima delle due strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato aveva un problema alla serratura della porta; abbiamo fatto cambiare la chiave ma anche con la seconda chiave si impiegava molto tempo per riuscire a entrare in casa... Il condizionatore era assolutamente inadatto alle temperature bolognesi, così rumoroso da costringerci a dormire in un'altra struttura (gentilmente fornita dalla proprietà). La nuova struttura è andata meglio, ma poi anche questa aveva il box doccia mezzo rotto. Nel complesso la cosa assurda è che non si possono assolutamente spendere più di 100€ a notte per dormire in una casa normalissima, di quelle per cui chiameresti il proprietario per farti sistemare varie cose se fossi un inquilino in affitto. Se spendo cifre del genere voglio il comfort di un'accoglienza per soggiorni turistici e tutti i servizi possibili, visto che alle stesse cifre c'erano vari hotel a disposizione.

Квартиру сдает фирма. Представители фирмы встретили на входе во двор и проводили до квартиры. Квартира чистая, но сильный запах от курения, который так и не выветрился за 10 дней нашего пребывания. В кухне есть все необходимое, местоположение отличное, все рядом (центр, вокзал). Представители собственника отзывались по вотсап, старались помочь. Было бы здорово поставить еще кофе-машину (например, капсульную)
