Quiet and comfortable apartment to set up in when visiting Bologna.

Great location a short walk from Bologna center, quiet and comfortable with a historic feel.

Lovely place to stay.

A Casa di Filo is a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The courtyard is so pretty. Really good location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Historic Bologna

I liked the size of the apartment, the high ceilings, the kitchen, the bathroom, the patio.

The furniture was very basic, I didn't like it at all. I think it needs very little to improve this - we are in Italy after all...

everything was perfect.If I can advise anything to the owner then I would ask them to use some oil on the bedroom door .It is creaking badly. And to have the bottle opener would be nice as well ! But really ,the rest was perfect !

Few days in Bologna

Apartments are located in city centre, close to all main sightseeings. It’s quiet area in the city and there is a small supermarket nearby (Carrefour). There are all necessary kitchen appliances for a few days stay. Apartments are big, but keep in mind that bedroom doesn’t have windows. It’s connected to living room with an empty “space” under the ceiling (it’s visible on the photo). So you’ll hear everything from living room and backwards if you are 3-4 persons. There is also table with chairs in the big courtyard that can be used during warm weather.

Bathroom need to be better and on time maintained as had quite some mildew in shower area. Sofa in living room was squeaky same as door to bedroom. Hope it’ll be fixed as shouldn’t be a big task to fix but impacts overall perception.

Superb

Location is supergood, supermarket is around the corner. No street noise at all. Kichen is well equipped. Coffee and cleaning materials provided. Owner always answered within 10 minutes, so quick communication. Owner was flexible with moving in time, thanks for that, however I think 3 pm moving in is quite late. The whole apartment was really clean, no issue with that!

The bed was unconfortable for me, however my husband was no issue with that. Not enough toilett paper left for two people (2 rolls left for 4 nights for 2 people), also just enough shower gel. When I asked the owner, is there is any further toilett paper can be fould in the apartment, or should we bought more, owner said he/she not suppose to take care of the shopping for the users. (???) The question obviously was not about taking care of the shopping for us during our stay but the basic products provided with the flat. The shower is not friendly user at all. Detergent is not found, however there is washing machine is in the apartment, it is part of the service. We bought detergent as well, and left in the apartment. If there is detergent in the apartment, should be more visible. No information is written about the wi-fi code, this should be communicated better. For some reason I didnt get internet on my phone on our first day in Bologna, and so could not ask the owner how to connect wi-fi. Overall we had good time in the apartment, felt safe and confi. Thanks!

Good deal for this money

Location, size of the flat, nice patio, was great deal for this money. Small issue was fixed immediately.

Communication with owner. He was negative for a bit later check out. We were around and never someone came. So, no willingness to assist. He never issued a receipt for the tax, he wanted only cash but receipt never issued even after asking. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep easily as it was not stiff at all with inside curve. The other bed was super soft.

Exceptional

This is the greatest place I have ever been. It is clean and comfortable, it has everything a person need to feel like home - well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine, spacy living room, cozy bedroom. I loved the interior and the garden. It is near the center, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food, grocery. The hosts are very kind, they allowed us to leave our luggage at their office when we left the apartment. I totally recommend.

We had a lovely time at Casa di Filo.

It has a very good location, a cozy terrace and a nice bathroom. It was quiet, it is small but the size is enough for a family with 2 children on vacation. It is close to the center so we just walked everyday.

Just a small adjusting needed - turning the door from the upper cabinet, where you put the plates to dry, so you can have access from the other side when you wash things at the sink.

Very comfortable accommodation

There were no problems getting the keys. Very easy check-in despite the host's absence (WhatsApp). The flat is a 35 minute walk from Bologna Centrale, 10 minutes from the historic center. A comfortable bed.

On the ground floor, the flat is a bit dark, but we were out most of the time, so we hardly noticed. The TV has Italian stations (but we had no time to watch tv anyway)

Easy to get there from the main station, in the old town but in a quit corner, everything reachable by foot, really nice appartment, better then expected, host answered right away, key in a lock box, very clean

The owner was really friendly; The couch was not that bad. It might be uncomfortable for two large people; The kitchen has everything that you need; It was warm and close to the city center.

The bathroom door was squeaky, but I fixed it with a bit of vegetable oil. 🤣

Good place for a short trip

The place it’s perfect for short trip (2-3 days). The small yard has charm in the evening when you could eat there and stay on a glass of italian wine. The bathroom had everything you need in a small space.

The couch is very unpleasant for sleeping. I say this like all others maybe the host will change it. Because is too bad to ruined such a great place for a couch.

Senza troppe pretese

La posizione molto centrale e l’ampiezza dell’appartamento. Bello anche il terrazzino interno che però non abbiamo usato per il freddo. Il bagno e la doccia ottimi seppur un po’ strettini

Letti e cuscini molto scomodi (sono dovuto andare dal fisioterapista). Si consiglia di mettere una Smart tv (non che sia importante ma ad esempio in questo caso c’era il derby e siamo dovuti uscire a vederlo) e una macchinetta del caffè.
