Très bel appartement, très propre, très confortable et situé à l’intérieur de la zone centrale. Tout est accessible à pied. Très bel endroit pour découvrir et visiter Bologne.
L’une des deux climatiseurs fuyait et nous avons dû mettre un seau. Au vu du parquet et des rideaux tachés en dessous, cela est arrivé déjà dans le passé. On n’était pas prévenus. Il n’y a pas de parking et il n’y a pas de solution facile pour garer la voiture près. En fait il faut la garer dans le quartier Saragozza et marcher près de 15 minutes pour arriver à l’appartement (prévoir d’y passer tous les jours pour payer 11€ de stationnement pour la journée).

Good location. Everything waking distance and close to the mountains! However the street is very noisy!! Unable to sleep with the windows open. Airconditioning works OK, not fantastic. Good bed, good amenities. There was some smell in the bathroom unfortunately.

Gute Raumaufteilung. Komfortable Betten mit tendenziell härterer Matratze. Besondere Lage im Altstadtkern, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar sind.
Die Abstellkammer im Badezimmer ist ein wenig fragwürdig und nach hinten offen. Scheint als führe sie irgendwie ins Gebäude rein. Glücklicherweise kann man die Tür aber abschließen.
