Communication and cleanliness at this property needs to be improved a lot.

The Location was great. Walking distance to almost everything we needed.

The communication with the host was terrible. We found very dirty towels full of hair and brown patches dumped in the closet. We requested for clean ones but nobody ever came to sort out the mess.

Check-in was easy, the rooms were spacious, and there were plenty of things to do nearby.

The clear check-in instructions and the salumeria around the corner where you can get coffee and pastries. There is also a stove and a microwave.

The location was okay, about a 15-minute walk to the piazza, which is fine especially when the weather is good. There was no iron even though it was shown in the photos. The curtains were very thin, which made privacy difficult, especially since sometimes young people sit by the window. This isn’t a big problem, but it is noticeable, and thicker, possibly darker curtains would help improve privacy. There was a dusty cobweb next to the bed, and the shower water quickly turned cold.

Mooi groot appartement op toplocatie

Ruim en schoon appartement. Uitgebreide voorzieningen, zoals wasmachine, afwasmachine, magnetron, oven, twee televisies. De host Vittorio was erg behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. De locatie was ook top. Slechts een kwartiertje lopen van het oude centrum. Naast het appartement zit bar Re Crudo voor lekker eten en lekkere koffie.

Het geluid van de glasbak die net voor de ingang van het appartement staat. Ook in het appartement zelf was het soms gehorig door geluid van de buren.

Avoir aucun contact avec le locateur. Le système de clé proposé n’a pas fonctionné pour nous et nous avons eu de la difficulté à rejoindre le propriétaire. Les réponses par message n’étaient pas instantanées

Appartamento comodo per il Pala Dozza e per visitare il centro di Bologna

Appartamento nuovo, dotato di ogni sevizio (cucina, frigo, forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice). Aria condizionata molto efficiente. Vicinissimo per il Pala Dozza mentre per il centro e la stazione una decina di minuti a piedi di una passeggiata comunque comoda e tranquilla. Self check-in e check-out con gestori sempre reperibili per informazioni, dubbi e necessità. Consigliato

Secondo me va bene solo come appoggio per brevissimi soggiorni.

Appartamento molto carino, mobilia nuova, bagno con antibagno molto comodo. Buonissima posizione e facilità di contattare il gestore. Tutte le istruzioni arrivate per email e su whatsapp erano chiare e non ci sono Stati problemi

Bisognerebbe migliorare la pulizia. Le lenzuola del divano letto erano piccole e quelle del matrimoniale aveva piccoli buchi e alcune macche. Non c'erano utensili per ramazzare o pulire e nemmeno buste per la spazzatura, nonostante ci sia stato chiesto di differenziarla. I kit asciugamani non erano completi per tutti, ma comunque siamo riusciti a gestirli proprio perché eravamo una famiglia e il tempo di soggiorno limitato

Apartament idealny dla rodziny 2+4, blisko centrum. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne elementy, jest nawet pralka. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja. Wygodne łózka, telewizja. Był tylko mały problem z wifi. Bardzo miły właściciel, pomocny i reagujący na problemy.

Pésima atención, no volvería y tampoco los recomiedo

Fue difícil ser atendido, el acceso muy complicado, toallas sucias y viejas, la entrada tiene acceso directo a la calle y es de vidrio por que el ruido y las luces de la calle entran directamente a la habitación y la cortina de papel que cubre la entrada era falsa. No tenían ni café ni agua y tampoco toallas en la cocina.

El apartamento es nuevo, precioso y muy cómodo . La ubicación excelente . La atención de la anfitriona Ileana, fue maravillosa.

Faltaba un armario para la ropa. Aunque es una calle tranquila .Se oía los ruidos de la calle cuando pasaban los coches ,por qué es un apartamento con entrada directa de la calle
