The unexpected North Pole experience in Bologna! I would only recommend this place in summer.

Walking distance to center. Appartment is nice and tidy. View is nice.

We felt like we were in an igloo. We didn't expect the Antarctica experience that we got. After the AC was turned on max heating, it was still cold about 8 hours later, when we went to bed. The whole 3 nights stay it was cold inside, you had to stay under the duvet.

We wouldn’t stay again - it was too noisy.

It was extremely noisy especially room 1 where we were with noise from the apartments (people having coffees outside the room at midnight) plus noise from stairwell.

Good for two days, a bit uncomfortable

The location was great and the building too. The room seemed refurbished and new, like the owners paid attention to the detail and wanted proper utilities. The furniture was new. The room was clean. The owner seemed kind from the messages.

The room is really small, but in non practical way, where you cannot leave your suitcase open and walk at the same time. We were two people and were very careful how to walk. But the size of the room doesn’t matter anyway. The wall has some dirt marks that make the place feel dirty even if it wasn’t. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every tenant walking in and out and talking. And lastly, after the booking we had to submit a file with our IDs and to prepay the city tax. After that the check in instructions were sent on the same day as the one of the 1st stay. The instructions were really complicated for a shared apartment and a room without a safety door. A simple keybox would suffice.

Lots of room for improvement

Good location access was okay fairly well equipped

No lighting in the stairs to the apartment and easy to get confused about which floor the apartment is actually on it mention floor one but there is a floor before floor 1. We stayed in room 5 the bathroom had a very bad vinegar/sewer smell which was unbearable we had to keep the door shut and buy some air freshener. We later found out that if the shower is ran with hot water the smell does go away for a while but it will come back. Also the walls are paper thin nobody was loud when we stayed but you can just hear every conversation which is uncomfortable. Had to message about the wifi to gain access which is no problem but still should be easier and the other aspects let it down. We also had bites on our legs after staying there could have been something in the room or from the bed difficult to say for sure, understand this isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but it made us question the cleanliness. Also only one pillow was supplied which wasn’t enough.

Great stay

We arrived early and the property was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen area is clean and had coffee and kettle for tea. Location was great close to bus and train station and tourist areas. We would definitely return. Thank you 😊

Cosy apartment in a great location.

The apartment is comfortable and very clean, though small. It would suit a couple of nights. The entire apartment has 5 rooms available, and there are larger options. The staff is extremely efficient and helpful. We had a couple of little issues that were attended to immediately. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars, and the old town. We highly recommend this place and would happily return when next we visit Bologna.

Overall a nice experience

Quiet inner yard , private terrace, air conditioning, comfy bed.

Some hooks were not fixed/attached, water regulator in the shower was falling off. We could hear neighbors making food in the common kitchen area early in the morning. Sound isolation was missing.

Ideal location within 10 minutes walk from station and 10 minutes from square. Ideal location just off main shopping street. Well equipped room, very modern with outside private terrace. Secure entry from street. Host was very helpful and contactable on WhatsApp Would highly recommend

El personal muy amable, excelente. La habitación algo justa de tamaño pero con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda. Un lugar limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Muy bien el detalle del agua, tetera con té y manzanilla en la habitación. El desayuno no es espectacular pero es suficiente. Yo sin duda volvería.

Bologna bellissima, appartamento centrale ma con diverse accortezze da migliorare.

Posizione perfetta, tutto a portata di "piedi".

La camera non era molto pulita: abbiamo trovato diversi capelli (tra bagno e asciugamani), i saponi nel dispenser della doccia presentavano tracce nere all'interno (forse muffa?!) e sui comodini c'erano aloni appiccicosi. Inoltre camera poco insonorizzata: si sentiva tutto tra le camere.

Zona perfetta!

La struttura è in pieno centro, in 10 minuti si può raggiungere il centro di Bologna e in poco meno si arriva alla stazione centrale, dunque posizione più che strategica se si vuole visitare Bologna e se si ha intenzione di utilizzare il treno per qualche gita fuori porta! La camera è piccola e confortevole, e si ha assistenza continua per qualsiasi problema! Consiglio assolutamente 😊

- la casa non è veramente privata nel senso che è ricavata da un'unica casa da cui sono state ricavate diverse stanza. Infatti c'è un'entrata comune per le stanze/camere. Questo non è mi era chiaro dall'annuncio - stanza molto fredda. La nostra stanza aveva una porta affacciata sulle scale di accesso, e da quella porta entrava freddo da sotto. Ho parzialmente risolto mettendo un asciugamano sulla fessura. - dal momento che la porta era affacciata sulle scale di accesso, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore provenire da fuori.

Mooie, nieuwe kamers in voormalig appartement, gezamenlijk keukentje, loopafstand van centrum en centraal station, gezellige wijk en goed ontbijt tentje op de hoek, bagage opslagmogelijkheid op dag van vertrek

Enorm ingewikkelde incheck procedure met verplichte paspoort upload, erg ingewikkelde toegangsprocedure (goede escaperoom skills helpen), lichte riool-lucht in hele appartement, dunne wanden

Estaba en muy buena zona, cerca del centro y cerca de la estación. La habitación nos pareció cómoda en general.

La ducha estaba totalmente atascada, hacían falta horas para que se vaciase de agua. Las almohadas un poco incómodas. Echamos de menos un poco más de atención cuando quisimos dejar las maletas en el apartamento.

La posizione è perfetta. Si trova in un punto strategico facilmente raggiungibile e centrale per qualsiasi spostamento. Zona tranquilla anche di notte. Il bagno confortevole.

La camera un po' piccolina e il letto pò scomodo. Muri troppo sottili, sentivamo parlare gli altri ospiti.

Σε καλό σημείο στην πόλη, κοντά σε κλειστό πάρκινγκ αλλά πολύ στενό δωμάτιο.

Πρωινό δεν υπήρχε. Δεν πειράζει αυτό. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική.

Ο χώρος του δωματίου πολύ μικρός. Δεν μπορούσες ούτε τη βαλίτσα να ανοίξεις κάπου. Το κρεμαστάρι για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο είχε φύγει και δεν είχε επισκευαστεί.
