Good location, clean and easy to live in

The location was good- once we got our bearings. The apartment was clean with all the amenities one would need. Davide met us there and sent some helpful info through.

A little noisy-as it’s situated by a busy crossroad.Especially if you want fresh air. I also thought having to sort rubbish and run it across the road was a little excessive.We were only there for 3 days and didn’t cook. We had put the rubbish aside but left it as we exited the apartment and had left keys inside. So our bad Davide- but it was the only apartment we stayed in where we were asked to do it and it was across the bush intersection. Felt it should have been owner’s responsibility..

Great place to stay in Bologna, real good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We were welcomed by our host on the arrival day. It was easy to get in touch with him, he waited for us to hand over the keys and tell about the apartment. He also shared information about where to eat etc. The apartment is well equipped and it is located quite nearby to the city center. Just outside you can have your morning coffee in the cafeteria. Everything is just perfect!

Perfect city break spot

Perfect location, close to train, supermarket and town centre. Great communication with owner, who provided lots of advices on local attractions, places to eat. Sunset from flat is absolutely amazing. View from balcony is great.

Be mindful that it's very busy street outside with on going traffic, which could be noisy. Flat has air con so with closed windows you are fine.

It is not true that the apartment has a separate bedroom and living room. In one room there is a kitchen unit, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, such as a sofa bed. The second mini room is actually a wardrobe. The description of the apartment is misleading. In addition, there was no balcony, which is visible in the added photos...

Comfortable apartment in the centre of the city

David, the property manager was very helpful, meeting us at the apartment when we arrived. He explained in detail how all apartment facilities worked as well as accessing the building. He also recommended places to eat as well as things to do with orientation details for the city. Following David’s directions (and not Google maps), it is an easy walk to the train and bus station.

Great place to stay! The host was really kind and communicative and also sent us a lot of places/things to do! The place was clean, had nearly everything you needed and the location is fantastic. It's like a 15 minute walk up to the main square.

My only gripe would be the second bed. The main and the larger one was really comfortable but I hadn't have a sleep of my life on the smaller second bed, let me put it that way.

Modern apartment in excellent location

The apartment is in a fantastic location. A mere 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bologna. Next door is a bakery and fruit store. There’s a cafe across the road and a supermarket very near. The apartment is light and bright and well appointed with good aircon. Davide is an excellent host, he’s easy to communicate with and even went with my husband to show him the carpark. This is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment . I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you 🙏

Clean and welcoming

Great location, walking distance to centre of Bologna and several nice restaurants close by. Davide very friendly and welcoming and kindly sent lots of useful info on sites and restaurants. Apartment clean with everything we needed. Would recommend.

Everything was good. We had expected a balcony as each general description of the 3 apartments says balcony but when I read further down it did say quiet street view- not a problem for us but would benefit from clarification in case people were really wanting a balcony.

we liked location and the smooth chick in process.

two points were disappointing: the host it was incapable to order for us the taxi for the night flight ,simply not interested. as the result we ran to railway station kilometer away to find the taxi at early morning , but there was a crowd of tens of people waiting for taxi, but in vain. by chance we found somebody private that degreed to take us to the flight, otherwise we just lose our flight. secondly: the apartment was expensive or even too expensive for this kind of facility. the rest was okay
