Perfect location. Super comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Plenty of pillows!! Guys in the office were helpful and friendly.. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed being in the centre of the old city, everything within walking distance. Appartment was well furnished with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. Most welcome was the washing machine and drying rack, after travelling for a week we had lots to wash!

This was a very nice, clean apartment. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but a special thanks to the maid who helped my husband and daughter carry our things up to the apartment. We only stayed in Bologna a short time but had a great stay!

Residenza Ariosto is an excellent place to stay in Bologna. The apartment is not luxurious but is clean ,comfortable and has everything you need. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend.

Our Apartment was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit (City map,eating recommandations, General and helpful Information for tourists etc). A Espresso maker with coffee was also provided :) Check in Communication was Smooth and friendly. Even though it was very central located our window was facing a relatively quiet ally, so all good. Bet was comfy, and everything was clean. Would stay there again. Thank you!

The property was in a great location and we loved having the kitchen. The kitchen utensils need updating and the bed was very firm however it not stop us from sleeping very well! Overall it was very clean and comfortable and we walked everywhere.

The central location was great, we could walk everywhere we needed with ease. The apartment was big, clean, had everything provided that we needed. The office we very friendly and helpful, and even had the apartment ready early. Late checkout was very easy to arrange as well. We can highly recommend the Residenza Ariosto. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed, (including a washing machine and detergent.) It is well located - walking distance tips the train station, major tourist sites and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. We cannot praise the staff at Studio Vita (the agency that manages the appartments) enough: check-in was very efficient; the staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us plenty of information about what to see and where to eat. A little problem with the toilet flush was quickly repaired. We would definitely stay at Residenza Ariosto again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a quiet street that is close to the centre of the old town, and convenient to some excellent restaurants, enotecas, great shopping and interesting sight seeing. Highly recommended. Also recommend a visit to the Poggi Museum in the University of Bologna - a short stroll away.

It was a lovely stay. Evetything was perfect. Staff was super friendly. It was very clean and location was also superb. The only thing was the bed was not a double bed, instead two single beds side by side, which was a little uncomfortable. I really recommend the facility to keep an extra double mattress to make your couple guests happier.
