Clean, new, welcoming. No bad surprises :)

The hosts of the room are very kind and hospitable - they provide everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are nice snacks for breakfast. The heating is very good, you can adjust it, you won't get cold even in winter.

The place is a bit remoted and not interesting. But it's cheaper and there's a bus stop nearby. Although the hostess is very nice, sometimes she comes to clean up at 10 am. Privacy is a bit lacking (for us). But the attention and cleanliness is definitely enough :)

Everything perfect

Everything is super clean, the hosts are really nice and pay attention to detail. There was coffee and tea and biscuits available in the kitchen, as well as anything you might need to cook. The bed is comfy. The neighbourhood looks safe

I think it was a bit expensive but all of Bologna is so it’s okay

stanza grande, vicino al bagno, tutto molto pulito e ordinato. La signora che gestisce è molto cordiale e accogliente.

l'unica pecca è il bagno in comune con le altre stanze, ma già lo sapevo che era così.

Bene, ma non benissimo

Casa molto pulita, anche il bagno in comune. C'era tutto l'indispensabile.

Coinquilini delle altre stanze molto rumorosi fino a tarda notte (prima delle 2 non siamo riuscito a dormire perché facevano casino e parlavano), sicuramente le pareti in cartongesso delle camere non aiutano, ma molto sta anche al rispetto delle persone.

Absolut sauber und sehr freundlich !!

Sehr gute Kommunikation und sofortige Antwort. Da wir mit 2 Motorräder angereist sind, haben wir uns nach einen gesicherten Abstellplatz erkundigt. Die Gastgeber haben uns eine Garage ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt!👍 Empfangen wurden wir persönlich durch den Ehemann der uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hat. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber, das Bett von guter Qualität. In der Küche steht u.a eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln und es gibt Gebäck. Auch das gemeischafts-bad ist absolut sauber. Die Buslinie 20 hat uns in max. 20 Minuten zum Zentrum gebracht

Tutto perfetto.

Fin dall'accoglienza, abbiamo trovato un ambiente perfetto. Casa sempre pulita, pulizie fatte tutti i giorni (davvero nei minimi dettagli e anche di più). Letti e cuscini comodi, Wifi forte. La zona è tranquilla e a pochi minuti dalla fiera. Consigliatissimo.

La struttura sembra nuova. La camera era pulita. La cucina in condivisione pulita e ben attrezzata. L'host gentile e mettono a disposizione acqua e caffè. Bus a pochi passi per raggiungere il centro.

Nel complesso soddisfacente ,facilmente raggiungibile a piedi la zona FIERA.

E' un b&b quindi ci aspetta un certo tipo di soggiorno. La sigra che ho conosciuto è molto presente e scrupolosa, e può rispondere ad eventuali richieste. Risponde al cellulare: nel complesso si può essere soddisfatti.

Forse un pò caro, data la zona, con poco si potrebbe migliorare l'arredamento della camera: per esempio con una poltroncina e una scrivania.
