Appartment existed - that's good

If you don't want to spoil your mood, to waste your mom Ney and have negative experience in Bologna - don't book this Appartment. Awful communication ( they threatened me to call the police if I wont pay the tourist tax, but sent me wrong amount to pay, texted me late evening ) All 3 days from 8am to 11pm sm upstairs was playing drums, imagine, drums, on the NY, 1st of January!!! A whole story to take the keys - whole world knows about key lockers, this place doesn't. I had to manage my time to meet the guy and to take the keys!!! It is so dirty, damaged, hot water is not enough to take ht shower for 1ne person, not talking about 3 persons! Who left positive feedback - maybe its bots, I can't believe people have this low standards(( Please stop this, do thereconstruction so that the Appartment can correspond to the description, its too high price for this place. Its 40 min walk from city center, not easy to find parking, extremely old elevator, so tiny - for 1ne person and a suitcase)

Looks cute, wouldn’t recommend for more than 4 people

The host met us to hand over the keys and was available when we had some issues, which was pleasant and helpful. The apartment’s location is a little outside the city center, but it’s a nice walk (or bike ride) to the city center.

While the airconditioning in the kitchen and the small bedroom worked fine, the one in the biggest room where we slept with 4 people did not work properly. Also, the remote control was missing so we couldn’t easily control the system. It would be nice if basic kitchen items like oil and salt, but also a coffee machine, would be provided. We had to buy basic ingredients and leave nearly full packages which we expect to be thrown away, which is very wasteful. One of the bed sheets and one pillow covers had blood stains on it, which I think most people find pretty gross.

Everything was great, above our expectations. The apartment is in a building, great location, easy accessible, very clean, spacious and comfortable. We took a taxi from the airport and get to the location for some 15 minutes or so. We were in constant communication with our host Daniel who was the best host ever, He was constantly available for us, gave us great instructions and advices on what we can see and when and even made reservation for us in one great taverna for dinner. Summed up, great experience, great place to stay in, great host. Would recommend for sure!

Bad experience

It was a huge apartment, with two separate rooms. The beds were comfortable.

It was very dirty, most likely the rooms weren't cleaned for weeks. Since we were staying there for 7 nights we decided to clean it even though we paid 80 EUR for cleaning services. City tax is not included in the price, and the registration on cleanbnb web site and filling all that information will take you an additional 30 minutes for sure. Check-out is at 10 am, so the guy for cleaning came most likely for changing bad sheets since he had nothing else with him 😅 Also a few of the days were very cold and the heating system wasn't working.

Very good place to stay for 3-4 adults. About 15-20 minutes walk to the old town.

Everything was fine. Our host was very kind, and helpful. He was waiting for us in front of the building, and he helped us with accommodation. The apartment was very clean, and looked like in the pictures.

the space, location, people that welcome us were extremely kind and understanding.

the noise also during the night was awful. this was obviously not anything the owners are responsible for. it was just a shame. there were missing essentials like paper towels or fabric towels in the kitchen. we were expecting small things like sugar, salt and cooking oil (maybe in sachets due to Covid). we really had to buy so many things for our staying. so this would be our feedback, small things can really make a difference, overall our stay was great.

Un problema con la lavatrice, il primo giorno, risolto dopo 15. Abbiamo dovuto cercare dove lavare lenzuola, asciugamani, biancheria in una struttura privata. Nonostante le nostre rimostranze, non ci è stato riconosciuto nulla. Neanche un bonus da utilizzare per soggiorni futuri. Altro problema, il miscelatore doccia che non funzionava.

Le tapparelle rotte la cucina con una finestra che dà nel balcone del vicino che letteralmente quando è fuori è davanti alla tua finestra allucinante per non parlare dello staff che ti manda domande elettroniche chiedendoti i dati sensibili allucinanti, come da dove parti da dove arrivi in che rapporto sei atterrato tra quanto vieni Etc se volete visitare Bologna vi vi consiglio altro
