Definitely would stay there again when in Bolonia.

Very nice apartment with a tarrace, easy access, everything was super clean, the neighbourhood was very safe and within easy reach to bars, cafes, supermarkets. A big kitchen where you can have a typical Italian breakfast given by the owner, coffee available all stay long. Plus a very responsive owner! I highly recommend!

Perfect apartment in Bologna

Perfect apartment! Very large room with TV (with netflix and other apps), cozy lights by the bed, which was very comfortable (2 pillows for each persons). The place is fully equipped with everything you need-refrigerator, 3(!!) washing machines, free coffee. Snacks for breakfast was also very nice! large terace! And also big supermarket nearby, which was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend

The place is well located, walking distance from the city center. The apartment was clean, all necessary equipment had been provided. Great contact with the landlord, clear instructions how to enter the building and apartment. A big plus for air conditioning in the room.

Warm and cozy.

Our stay at this place was truly great! The location is excellent – bus stops to the city center are right outside the building, which makes getting around very easy. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and a really nice touch from the hosts. The room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh and pleasantly fragrant – you can tell there’s real attention to detail. Communication with the host was phenomenal – Raffaele was incredibly helpful and warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

If I were to mention any downsides, I’d suggest replacing the shower mat for hygiene reasons. I’d also consider informing guests to be more mindful of keeping shared areas clean. This is absolutely not the host’s fault – some people just lack basic manners. When we arrived, the common areas were spotless and super clean, but after returning from a day of sightseeing, we found a great mess. Out of respect for the hosts, we cleaned it up ourselves. Perhaps it’s worth considering a solution for this in the future, though again – this is entirely due to the behavior of some guests, not the fault of the owner.

Stanza confortevole, pulita e ben riscaldata. Per colazione c'è varietà di succhi di frutta, marmellate, yogurt e brioches (prodotti confezionati). L'accesso è con codice che si attiva con connessione internet, quindi attenzione a portare con se il cellulare anche quando si esce dall'appartamento.

Kommen gerne wieder

Die Vermieter waren aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung der Wohnung gibt gute Restaurants. Die Busverbindungen sind top und direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind häufig zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen (ca. halbe Stunde). Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Wenn jemand empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollten Ohropax mitgenommen werden.

Een goede uitvalsbasis in Bologna!

Het appartement is brandschoon en alle faciliteiten- wasmachine, droger, oven etc.- zijn aanwezig. Daarnaast ligt het bed heerlijk en heb je een royaal terras, en een klein ballonnetje. De bus stopt voor deur en er is een bakker/ grote supermarkt op loopafstand.

Voor langer verblijf is een zitbank of lekkere stoel een welkome aanvulling.

Mi è piaciuto tanto l'organizzazione con il check in e check out, nonostante un bagno in comune con altre camere, non ho riscontrato la scomodità. Colazione abbondante e ben organizzata.

Io sono rimasta solamente per la notte e non ho riscontrato delle cose spiacevoli. Mi sono capitate anche le persone cordiali e rispettose che alloggiavano con me

Très bon sejour

L appartement est très pratique pour prendre le bus et aller visiter Bologne (ville très jolie) . L appartement est très grand et nous aimons beaucoup cet esprit collocation et partage.

Ce n est pas très facile de se garer mais on a finalement trouvé une place et payer le stationnement à la journée

Ottima soluzione per chi è in città sia per lavoro sia per turismo e con necessità di parcheggiare l’auto, che in centro

Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità per check in ritardato e rapida risoluzione di problemi. Bellissima terrazza, ottima pulizia e ampia scelta per la colazione.

Il parcheggio non era incluso, nonostante questo però è stato facile trovarlo in zona anche in striscia bianca

Ho trascorso un weekend in questa struttura. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita, con un bellissimo cortile fiorito che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è tranquilla e comoda per spostarsi, e l’accesso elettronico rende tutto molto semplice e flessibile. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e anche la madre, che abbiamo incontrato la mattina a colazione, è stata molto cordiale e gioviale. Ottima anche la colazione! 🌸

Bon séjour

L’entrée dans l’immeuble et le logement se fait à distance. La chambre est agréable et le logement aussi. Proche du centre-ville et d’un parking gratuit. Rafaele est très réactive.

La salle de bain est partagée entre les trois chambres ainsi que les toilettes qui sont dans la salle de bain. Il serait bien de le stipuler plus clairement dans l’intitulé de la chambre car ce n’est mentionné que dans une description qui n’est pas visible à première vue. Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience de ce partage avec une personne qui a laissé des cheveux partout dans la douche et au sol.

Дуже чисто, комфортно і затишно. Зручне ліжко, простора кімната з балконом. Велика кухня з усім необхідним приладдям, гарно оздоблена. Особливо хочу підкреслити дбайливе ставлення господаря - в нюансах щодо побажань до сніданку. Зручне розташування, щоб прогулятися цим чарівним містом.

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątana była kuchnia i łazienka. Śniadanie było zdecydowanie włoskie, na słodko. Dostępna była pyszna kawa, soki, jogurty. Wyposażenie mieszkania też zapewniało wszystko, co potrzebne. Wspólna łazienka nie była przeszkodą, nie było kolejek. Spod apartamentu jechał autobus prosto do centrum. Właściciele byli przemili i pomocni!

Śniadanie, chociażby dla osób z Polski, może być mało sycące, gdyż jest na słodko, ale trzeba brać pod uwagę, że takie śniadania spożywa się we Włoszech.

Le capsule del caffè non si adattavano alla macchinetta. Mi ha aiutata un'ospite altrimenti restavo senza caffè. Colazione minimale, ma latte bio😊. Essendoci un bagno per 3 stanze, suggerisco di mettere a disposizione una lavagnetta in modo che l3 ospiti possano segnare se hanno esigenza di avere bagno libero per una certa ora. Non è bello non sapere chi troverai la mattina e se riuscirai a trovare il bagno libero. A noi è andata bene 😊

Lokalizacja raczej słaba, daleko od centrum przy dość ruchliwej ulicy. Śniadanie więcej niż skromne. Sporo różnego pieczywa i słodkie dodatki. Kuchnia duża do użytku przez wszystkich lokatorów. Duży taras z pięknymi i wspaniale pachnącymi kwiatami.

Wynajmujący poinformował mnie, że mam zapłacić podatek miejski. Informacja podczas rezerwowania noclegu była jednoznaczna brak dodatkowych opłat. Wynajmujący w kolejnej rozmowie telefonicznej wycofał się z tej płatności. Jednak niesmak pozostał. Podczas rezerwacji nie było informacji, że jest to obiekt z pokojami na wynajem a łazienka i kuchnia są do użytku wszystkich lokatorów. Podczas rezerwacji również nie było informacji, że wejście do budynku oraz do mieszkania są na kod i że wcześniej należy ściągnąć link i wprowadzić swoje dane. Z tego powodu straciłem na miejscu sporo czasu i nerwów. Materac bardzo miękki.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w obiekcie. Bardzo ładny pokój, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Właściciel choć na odległość bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Kontaktowaliśmy się online, pomagał i doradzał jak poruszać się po mieście i jak dotrzeć do sąsiednich miast. Naprawdę wszystko super🙂.
