I travel to Bologna quite frequently and will try to book the same accomodation next time!

Not recomended this is not a 9+ apartment at all.

Free parking inside the courtyard.

Mold in the bedroom behind the bed as high as 1meter. Painted over probably several times, or just years of neglect. Black mold in the shower. Old pictures. The owner miscalculated the tourist tax at first and corrected after me asking for an invoice.

-good location near Freeway and only half an hour from the city center on food, 15 min by bus nearby - bar/bakery and supermarket, restaurants in the neighborhood - clean, functional, comfortable apartment with AC/heater and washing machine - friendly, responsive host who gave as good advice on restaurants and sightseeing - private, gated parking

Good value, perfect for a family of four, but the beds were hard.

The host was extremely service-minded and responded quickly to our questions via WhatsApp. Not only questions about the apartment, but also gave tips on other things we as tourists might need, such as means of transport and the like. A good supermarket was located just across the street, as well as the bus stop, so it was very easy to get into town. The apartment was spacious and perfectly clean. A big plus was also that there was good air conditioning and, in addition, it was quiet and peaceful.

The only downside was that the beds were extremely firm. While the apartment itself was cozy, the surrounding area wasn’t particularly charming. However, this was more than compensated by the easy access to the city, with a bus ride of only about 15 minutes.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in this part. If I visit Bologna again then I'll book once again. There is safe parking place.

Safe and private place with parking. Bus that takes you to Bologna central is just across the road. Supermarket is super close as well. Amazing communication and information provided.

The house was clean and in a very good location. It had an amazing little garden where everyone can enjoy their drink at night and breakfast.

Everything was great! Very clean, very good communication despite checking in very late! Moreover, we were allude to check out one hour later than scheduled! Very good service!!!!

Good location, with own and safe parking space. Bus line 20 takes you in a couple of minutes to the city center. Michela, the host, was wonderful. Clear communication, very warm welcome and helpfull during the whole stay (if needed).

Convenient & good location, very friendly & helpful host.

Very clean & modern facilities, everything you needed in the kitchen & bathroom. The secure parking & washing machine were a plus for us & only a few steps to the supermarket & the bus stop into town. There is a pretty little garden with a dining table & a rack for clothes to be dried outside. The aircon worked perfectly too. Great help from the host.

It was great for us but not large enough a big group to be comfortable after a few days.

The place was really cozy and clean, I was really enjoy my time during the staying. The staff is nice and always happy to help. The location is a bit further from city center, but it is not a problem to work there, and super easy to take a bus to there as well. If you don't understand local that much, the staff even help you to get bus tickets, and provide information about how to go there.

Owner is friendly and kind, taking care of their guests well. The room is clean and new, the appearance of the buildings is lovely. Free drinks service is nice!

About 15-20 minutes walk to the Bologna Children Book Fair. A little bit far.
