The house was big, 30 min from center, beds were comfortable

Nice and cool!

It was clean and comfy. The balcony is huge and good. They have all the facilities you need. And the location is so convenient. There is a bus station nearby. Loved it!

The gate cannot be opened without key, so don’t forget to open the gate from the room before you left the key! There is a train rail, so you can hear the train, don’t forget to bring ear plugs. (The good thing is, we closed the window and opened the air conditioner.)

In total I had a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this place.

The owners were very nice and quickly replied to messages. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with all kitchen utilities, oven, a Mokka pot, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack for cloths, iron and hair dryer. Several busses stop at the bus stops in front of the building which gives easy access to almost every part of the city. Although trains passing by the railway cloth to neighborhood make a lot of noise, the windows are soundproof and there is no noise if the windows are kept close. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Two supermarkets are 10minute walk away from the building and there are several restaurants in walking distance.

The Wifi was going off at random times during my stay for several hours. I had data access on my cell phone so this did not cause an issue for me.

expensive but comfortable

the property was modern and airy. we had an apartment no6 which was the largest in their portfolio. the wifi was reliable and so was the aircon.

the balcony and all the windows were on the main street so we couldn’t exactly enjoy the outside space without the prying eyes from the people below. perhaps it should have been mentioned somewhere that it is the case. although it wasn’t their fault, when we arrived there was a building work going on so that wasn’t exactly enjoyable.

Superb

I am very pleased with my stay at this property. Nice and very helpful host. The neighborhood is safe. No busy street or train tracks, because the windows are new and there is no noise. The center is about 35 minutes on foot, there are buses. The bus stop is practically in front of the building. Next to a very nice cafe, a larger shop, two bus stops.

It's quite hot in the apartment. There is air conditioning, opening the windows is rather impossible due to the train tracks right next to the windows - about 60 meters. The windows are modern and reduce noise.

The apartment doesn't fit well more than 2 guests. The couch isn't suited for sleeping on it. There is a dishwasher machine but if you want to manually wash your glass you don't have sponge or soap.

Nice place to stay in Bologna

The check-in was fast and we could just contact Francesco via Whatsapp in case of any doubts or problems. There was a lift and we could briefly park next to the building to unpack. There was also a free public parking nearby next to the train station. The apartment was quite comfortable and well-suited for a 1 week stay. We had a fully functional kitchen, there was air conditioning both in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. There was also no problem to have dogs with us (with no extra charge). There was a very nice gelato place fairly nearby (Il Gelato di Fini). The bus stop was located not far from the apartment too. The TV in our aparment was with Netflix (Italian/English language available). The fridge was rather big and had a freezer.

Some of the dishes were in the dishwasher (probably left by the previous guests) and some of them were not cleaned properly by the machine. The neighbourhood was not the best, there were some abandoned buildings nearby and we could sometimes see drunkards in the small park next to the train station. My wife was genuinely afraid to go out only by herself. Some men would just gather and stare at her when waiting for me in the car with the dogs (that's of course not the owner's fault but something to be aware when renting the apartment).

The layout was a bit unusual as you had to go through the toilet to get to the balcony.

Comfy apartment in Bologna

Vert nice and clean apartment. It has a sofa bed and a queen bed, so 4 people can fit comfortably. There were towels, sheets and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very friendly too!

Is a little far away from the center, around 15 min by bus or 40 min walking distance, but worth it for the price

Abbiamo alloggiato otto giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host, sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione è stata comoda per noi ma, per andare in centro, basta prendere il bus sotto casa.

Il divano letto non è stato comodo, soprattutto considerando che ci ho dormito per un po' di giorni. È l'unica piccola nota negativa.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 3 adulti e ci siamo ritrovati oltre al letto matrimoniale molto comodo un piccolissimo divano ultra sottile e attaccato alla porta del bagno dove può dormire un bambino,non un adulto … Questa cosa mi ha molto infastidito perché ho contattato host e non è stata trovata un altra soluzione

La posizione, la struttura nuova e pulita, l' insonorizzazione delle finestre e la presenza dell' ascensore.in oltre vicina a fermata del bus e in zona ben fornita con farmacia al piano terra.

Visto che è provvista di cuci a e addirittura di lavastoviglie, sarebbe ideale avere anche delle stoviglie in più e magari qualche pentolino e padella.

Birinci hafta sonrası gittikçe sorunların biriktiği bir deneyim oldu.

Konum bizim için oldukça uygundu, oda düzeni güzeldi. Mutfak eşyaları çeşitliydi, anahtarı almak kolaydı. Çalışanlara ulaşmak kolaydı ve cevap verme süreleri kısaydı.

Temizlik üstünkörü yapılmıştı kendimiz tekrar temizlediğimizde yatağın altından ölü bir sinek çıktı. Elektrikli süpürge kırıktı ve çekim gücü neredeyse yoktu. Bulaşık makinesi çalışmıyordu ve 1 ay boyunca bulaşıkları elimizde yıkadık ev sahibiyle iletişime geçtiğimizde yardımcı olmadı ve bu konuyu 3 kere ayrı zamanlarda dile getirdim. Evde kahve makinesi olduğu yazıyor ancak bir moka pot var ve kullanılamayacak kadar kötü durumda olduğundan kendimiz temin etmek zorunda kaldık moka potumuzu. Moka pot ve kahve makinesi aynı şey değil!! Mutfak lavabosu akıtıyor bulaşık yıkarken bu durum bizi oldukça zorladı. Çıkarken taksi bulmakta zorlandık ve havaalanına yetişmemiz gerekiyordu ev sahibine yazdığımızda bize sunduğu çözüm önerilerinin hepsini zaten denemiştik kendisine eve taksi çağırıp çağıramayacağını sorduğumuzda isteğimizi reddetti ve zor durumda kaldık. Evin yanındaki çiçekçi bizim için taksi çağırdı neyseki.

Un sitio agradable y bien comunicado.

Bien comunicado por transporte público. Recomiendo el autobús 14. Incluso andando es una media hora hasta el centro. Es muy agradable, aunque un poco justo de espacio. Luminoso y limpio. Cerca hay algún supermercado y justo enfrente una maravillosa pastelería cafeteria con terraza.

Sugeriría poner algunos colgadores para bolsos a la entrada y alguno para toallas en el baño.Al ser la cocina de inducción falta alguna sartén más pequeña y cafetera.

una settimana di relax e spensieratezza a Bologna

Fermata bus a , bar, pizzeria a circa 30 mt dall'alloggio. Appartamentino confortevole, ben pulito, ed accessoriato di tutto il necessario. Doccia ampia e perfettamente funzionante. Gli infissi a doppia camera garantiscono e filtrano i rumori generati dal passaggio dei mezzi di trasporto e dalla attigua ferrovia treni. Il soggiorno è stato più che gradevole. Prezioso il collegamento bus che in 20 minuti consente lo spostamento a Bologna Centro. Ottimo check in .

În apartament nu a fost făcută curățenie, era praf, pânză de păianjen, de miros nu mai vreau să mi amintesc.Am sunat propietara în legătură cu curățenia și ne a spus ca să ieșim afară din apartament ca trimite să facă curat.

Soluzione pratica per dormire a Bologna

Posizione molto buona se si arriva a Bologna in macchina. Struttura pulita e molto organizzata, con procedura check in e check out totalmente da remoto. Di fatto l'host non si incontra mai.

Nulla di particolare da segnalare. Dispiace solo che manchi del tutto un contatto umano con il gestore della struttura. Ma sono i tempi di oggi... Poi, è vero che era il weekend di Imola e i prezzi erano sostanzialmente allineati quasi ovunque, ma resta il fatto che è costato uno sproposito, assolutamente non giustificabile alla tipologia di struttura

Il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo

l' appartamento era x se bello ma purtroppo gestito malissimo. Le foto non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà. La macchina del cafe (come dichiarato sui ser vizi) era inesistente invece di questa c era una mokka con la muffa quindi impossibile utilizzarla. Sul piano cottura incrostazioni di cibo fresco dell ospite precedente e anche il bagno ho dovuto ripulirlo. La poltrona letto mostrava macchie di sporco. Se si pensa che nella quota soggiorno ho versato 130 € per le pulizie, ahimé inesistenti Si sono offerti di mandare una donna il giorno dopo ma mi e sembrato poco professionale e disturbante nel mio periodo di soggiorno. Anche la richiesta di avere un topper per la poltrona letto sporca e stata negata. Era un invito x le mie amiche ed è stata un esperienza deludente. Ne ci ritornerò ne lo raccomando.

Posizione molto centrale, a me interessava l'ospedale Sant'Orsola che è veramente a due passi, ma anche il centro è molto vicino, ci siamo sempre spostati in autobus. L'appartamento è molto carino, arredato con cura e ordinato all'interno di un palazzo ben tenuto. La cucina è attrezzata per preparazioni basiche.

Per la colazione erano presenti solo il caffè e la moka, nulla da mangiare. La pulizia del pavimento non era proprio ottimale, non abbiamo potuto lasciare la bambina in terra a gattonare. Inoltre avendo soggiornato una settimana ci sarebbe piaciuto dare una lavata al pavimento noi stessi, ma non c'erano né detersivi né bastone per lavare, solo il secchio e l'aspirapolvere.
