Alles was heel proper en nieuw. Er was airco in de living en 2 slaapkamers..
De kleinste slaapkamer heeft geen raam maar met de airco viel het wel mee om er te slapen.

L'appartement est spacieux et très agréable, dans un immeuble ancien. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la chambre est top avec un grand lit très confortable. La location est centrale, pas très loin de la piazza San Stefano qui est particulièrement sympa pour flâner, faire une pause ou visiter.
J'ai été un peu surprise de ne trouver aucun dépliant sur la ville, des adresses, un petit guide personnel.. C'est toujours accueillant et utile pour les voyageurs.

Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos en casa. Cómodo, agradable y muy bien ubicado. Nos cuesta pensar en un destino mejor para pasar unos días en Bolonia. Limpio y muy bien equipado
Por buscar un fallo, los vecinos estaban de obras, pero eso es impredecible y el ruido comenzó en un horario razonable

Apartamento super novo, renovado, limpo, com todos os utensílios necessários, ar condicionado, tudo novo, cheiroso, anfitrião atencioso, localização excelente, não esperava ser tão bom.
A toalha poderia ser de uma qualidade melhor, mas a estada foi tão boa que isso não afetou fortemente na experiência, recomendo mil vezes e se voltar, ficarei lá novamente.
