La posizione. La presenza del WiFi, senza il quale non sarebbe stato possibile accedere ad internet, visto che c'è pochissimo segnale nella struttura. Ed infine la comunicazione: ci sono stati diversi contatti con la struttura, e i gestori sono stati gentili e collaborativi
Il piccolo appartamento in generale si presenta carino ma avrebbe bisogno di una "svecchiata" (soprattutto il bagno, che non è in in buono stato: doccia incrostata, poca illuminazione, sanitari datati. La struttura non gode di tanta luce perché si trova al piano terra, in una via non molto larga. Le coperte aggiuntive presenti nell'armadio erano sporche... non va bene (costo per una notte € 133,00).
