The apartment is really spacious with nice natural light. You would be able to work remotely from here comfortably. Luca is really helpful. He was very easy to reach and made scheduling to get the key very easy. He explained everything that we might need about the apartment and is very thoughtful in how he hosts - he wants to make sure you have everything you need. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and coffee and tea in the kitchen. The apartment was also very clean. The location was good for us: it was close enough to walk to the bus station and it was near enough to city center that there were many restaurants, it was within walking distance of city center, but a little more calm. We really, really enjoyed our stay there.

Luca is a fantastic host, from allowing us in to the apartment early to meeting us at the door and explaining every aspect of the apartment he shone with enthusiasm. The apartment provided everything and more for our stay. Spotlessly clean and well presented throughout. The location is perfect, a feeling of being in town, but very quiet and very convenient for the station and sightseeing. We would recommend fully to anyone looking for a convenient fully furnished base in this beautiful city.

Luca is a fantastic host! He met us on arrival and explained the apartment and its excellent facilities. He was always available and gave us some good advice and tips about Bologna. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to anything you could want. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has everything a traveller could need, especially locally. We highly recommend this apartment!
