Perfect place to stay in Bologna

The most pefect place to stay in Bologna. Very close from the Bologna Centrale just 10 min walking and very close to Piazza Maggiore, 10-15 min walking. The apartment is spotless clean and more than enough for 5 people. The host is the most helpfull and awesome person. Without doubt coming here again.

Comroftable, in the city center

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 3 separate beds were more than enough for 4 people. The locker with the keys made it very easy to access the flat and we could check in a bit earlier after consulting it with the owner. There was enough space for the 4 of us. Contact with the owner was really good.

no esta preparado para 4 personas. solo hay una habitacion medianamente correcta. La segunda habitacion la cama de matrimonio solo es accesible desde un lateral, no tiene ni armario ni espejo y solo un enchufe . La limpieza y mantenimiento de todo en general deja mucho que desear.

Una estancia desagradable

La ubicación de la casa es excelente. A nuestra petición, la anfitriona nos dejo entrar antes para dejar las maletas. La anfritriona estuvo atenta en todo momento y cuando le comunicamos las deficiencias de la casa se mostró dispuesta a acudir en muy poco tiempo, pero ya era casi de noche por lo que preferimos que no viniera.

Acudimos a esta casa leyendo los comentarios positivos de otros huespedes, pero puedo decir que es con mucho la peor casa y con menos limpieza en la que hemos estado (y han sido muchas). Había vajilla sucia, el microondas tenía pegotes de comida, los armarios de la cocina estaban pegajosos, el baño y todos los rincones de la casa necesitaban un buen repaso, debajo de la cama había suciedad acumulada, cosas de otros huéspedes y hasta una manzana podrida.... No hay extractor de humos en la cocina ( y no había ventana) por lo que se llenaba de humos y olores toda la casa. Al llegar olia muy mal (no sabemos si a humo de otro inquilino) por lo que tuvimos que ventilar la casa durante horas (con las ventanas tan pequeñas de la casa, tardo mucho tiempo en dejar de oler). La litera superior nos pareció insegura (el larguero estaba medio salido) por lo que no la pudimos usar. Uno de los anclajes a la pared de la cama estaba suelto y la cama se movía y hacía mucho ruido. La casa no tiene tan apenas iluminación. Las ventanas correderas dan al nivel del suelo de la terraza interior del vecino del piso de arriba.

Bene per un paio di giorni

Posizione ottima in centro a Bologna, di fronte alla Montagnola, a 10 min dalla stazione. Comunicazione ottima con i proprietari, super disponibili e risposte rapide.

Letto in camera un poʻ scomodo con le molle. Poca luce perché le finestre son piccole ed troppo in alto per poter vedere fuori. Lavandino e bidè un poʻ messi a caso. Appartamento piccolo per 5 persone, il massimo dovrebbe essere 3. Poca privacy. Ma nel complesso per un paio di giorni va benissimo !

Ottima posizione, casa pulita e accogliente

Ottima posizione, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, molto vicino a supermercati e, nota super positiva, dà letteralmente sulla piazza del mercato :) Letti e cuscini comodi, fornelli e microonde funzionanti. Dotato di pentole e padelle.

Purtroppo la doccia aveva qualche problema di perdita e ogni volta si bagnava molto il pavimento del bagno, nonostante le nostre accortezze. Aggiungerei un paio di sedie in più, perché sono solo 4 nonostante la casa sia omologata per 6. Il frigo un po' piccolo, ma per il resto è perfetto per chi deve fermarsi giusto per qualche giorno :)
