Very nice and clean house. The owners are very friendly and even let us lots of stuff for breakfast.

The mattress in the small room should be changed immediately. Had to stay awake all night as we couldn't sleep on it. That's the only reason my rating is not that high

It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was there, including water, croissants, towels, hair dryer. There was working air conditioner. Everything was just perfect.

The apartment was so clean and well equipped. In the bathroom you had everything you need, a hair dryer, shampoo and in the kitchen we had some biscuits for breakfast which was so kind.

Superb

Nadia, the host, gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is better in reality than it seems judging by the photos. It's located near a bus stop and a Coop supermarket. The air conditioner serves its purpose well. Even though there is enough room for five people, the kitchen is a bit to small for everyone to have a meal there together.

Great apartment

The apartment deserves better photos because it is way more beautiful than it is presented here. Very modern and well equiped, very clean and a huge balcony where you can relax in the evening.

The mattress is not great in one of the bedrooms.

Extraordinary!!!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! Photos don't do it justice. Ilenia, the host is wonderful and always ready to help. Communication was on point, she was kind enough to accommodate an early check in, there were cakes, snacks and water waiting for us as well as an espresso machine. The apartment is impeccable and smells like spring! There are two double bedrooms with two beds each (queen size+single) and a large balcony. I only wish all hosts put this much effort and good vibes into their properties! For food I recommend Gusto Pizza Bologna and Trattoria Vecchio Mercato Bologna ( both right around the corner), small authentic places with some of the most delicious Italian food I have tasted! I recommend this place with all my heart and hope to come back soon!

It was super clean, had very comfortable beds, the area was quiet and nice! There even were some cosmetics, snacks and drinks in the apartment. The lady who gave me the keys was really nice and helpful :) We'd definitely stay there again!

AGRADABLE Y FUNCIONAL

El apartamento es muy funcional y limpio, es amplio y todo lo necesario para estar cómodos Nos dejaron bollería, cafés, agua, se agradece si no hay muchos establecimientos cercanos.

No nos avisaron de que te cobran la tasa turística al momento, me parece un poco caro, 30€ por dos noches, sino llego a llevar dinero en efectivo no sé como lo hubiera hecho, tampoco sé si nos lo tiene que avisar Booking o el anfitrión.

La camera ampia, stupenda, pulita. L'host gentilissima e super disponibile, ha lasciato anche cialde, colazione, e acqua.

La posizione buona ma al di fuori del centro di Bologna, circa 15 minuti di bus. Ben servita dalle linee 11A e 11B.

La casa al primo piano molto funzionale con due camere da letto ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino singolo, c'è un bagno con doccia e lavatrice e una cucina molto fornita Pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile, odore di pulito anche dopo diversi giorni Tanti prodotti per la colazione brioche, cialde per caffè, fette biscottate marmellate, succhi e acqua, tutto molo apprezzato perché non prevista nell'offerta

Świetne mieszkanie i gościnna właścicielka

Mieszkanie zadbane. Kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry. Po przyjeździe zostaliśmy poczęstowani ciasteczkami i soczkami co było naprawdę miłym gestem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji i jest godne polecenia :)

Nadia e Giovanni sono due proprietari davvero disponibili e gentili, hanno aspettato il nostro arrivo senza mettere fretta e pressioni. La casa è bellissima molto funzionale con due camere da letto ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino per un totale di sei letti, ha un bagno con doccia e lavatrice e una cucina molto utile per chi soggiorna a Bologna per più giorni e non vuole spendere un patrimonio in ristoranti.. per la colazione i proprietari mettono a disposizione brioche, cialde per caffè, fette biscottate marmellate e succhi.. davvero tutto perfetto.. ho prenotato per i miei genitori e una coppia di amici.. ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Per quando riguarda la casa e l'ospitalità nulla da dire, anche la pozione è molto favorevole. Unica pecca forse è che ci sono i parcheggi con strisce blu a pagamento che se non sei fortunato non trovi facilmente. Il consiglio però è di parcheggiare alle 18.05 che il parcheggio non si paga più. Oppure se arrivate prima potete parcheggiare nelle parallele dove non ci sono strisce blu e farvela a piedi.
