Spacious apartment, equipped with everything one might need. Spotless clean and very comfortable. Warm and positive atmosphere. The host is extremely welcoming and helpful beyond words. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to stay here.

It is a little further away from the center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment building. This is not even a negative point since a 20min walk to the center is not that far after all and there are plenty of things to see along the way.

Nice apartment near city center

The place is totally cosy and you instantly feel like at home. The kitchen has everything you need. It's really clean. The hostes Annalisa was extremely friendly and welcoming, she gave us very useful tips. The offered breakfast was more than enough for us. Parking was not a problem.

Удобно расположенная тихая квартира , обеспеченная всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания, куда хочется еще не раз

Все продумано до мелочей, начиная от приветственных подарков на столе и в холодильнике и заканчивая отличным оснащением обеих комнат , кухни и ванной абсолютно всем необходимым. Очень понравилось, что хозяйка квартиры находилась на постоянной и очень оперативной обратной связи, откликалась на все наши обращения. Несмотря на резкое похолодание на улице, в просторных апартаментах все время поддерживалась комфортная температура благодаря отоплению по принципу «умного дома». Хорошая шумоизоляция поглощала уличные звуки и не мешала нашему отдыху. Удобное расположение, чтобы добраться в центр на автобусе за 10 минут.

Хорошее расположение в плане близости к выставке Cersiae, мы выбирали именно с этим прицелом, на машине 10-15 минут. Парковку, в целом, несложно найти, после 8 вечера она бесплатная, и до 8 утра, мы как раз приезжали в это время. Сам район времени не было исследовать, но недалеко есть супермаркет, опять же на машине не проблема. В пешей доступности магазин, который работает дольше обычного, можно купить необходимое. Чисто, тепло, интернет нормальный, все функционирует, есть посуда, утюг, фен, холодильник. Дизайн приятный.

Шумновато из-за близости вокзала, если спать с открытыми окнами, но тут ничего не поделаешь, просто надо быть готовыми к этому.
