The apartment was really close to all the main attractions and also the bus/train station. It was easy to find and convenient in every single way. The bed was comfortable, it had enough space and all the necessary amenities like towels, shampoos, etc. The host was really lovely and advised upon arrival on different food places and what’s the best way to get to the place from airport. Would definitely book the apartment again when in Bologna!

It was very easy to get the keys. We arrived at the apartment even earlier than the appointed time, but the apartment was available, and we were greeted and allowed to check in early. One day it was raining, and we asked our host if we could borrow an umbrella. Our host kindly gave us one, which was a real lifesaver.

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was at a high level.

The accomodation/bathroom is very clean. The location is very good.

The fabric of the "second-bed" is torn, small pieces of it come off from the couch, and it sticks to all of your stuffs. Even at home we found small pieces of the fabric. The kitchen is not equiped too well. If you want to cook, expect that basic kitchen equipment is missing, it is not sufficient to cook. There are no air conditioning in the rooms, however there are no mosquito nets on the windows either, so if you want to sleep with open windows expect mosquitoes. The price did not include city-tax, which wasn't mentioned in the ad (however other accomodations which we visited in Italy included the city-tax in the price). Also there are usually no free-parking spots around the appartment. Even if you find parking spot, it is very expensive (around 2-2,5 euros / hour). In a 10 minute walking distance there is a garage that you can use if you dont find free parking spot, but it is even more expensive than on the street, since you have to pay during the night as well. You should calculate with a 20-25 euro parking cost / day.
