Very comfortable beds!

Very comfortable beds and very well equipped.

Parking was a bit tricky, had to park 2 roads away.

Second floor without an elevator. We arrived when it was 35°C outside, and the apartment was extremely hot. One bedroom had no air conditioning at all, and the other had a weak one, or it just couldn't cool the room in time. The worst part was the extra bed for the fifth person. We had booked proper beds to rest after a long journey, but unfortunately... Breakfast consisted of long-lasting biscuits, which I wouldn't even call a breakfast. We had to go out in the morning for a fresh breakfast. One room had a strange smell, and everything felt old. Upon arrival, we received the wrong code, and the new code had to be resolved over the phone.

A very nice property with a good communicative host. The rooms were very clean, most of the basic things are there . Overall a good place to stay .

1. No lift , so little difficult with the baby . 2 The bathroom needs a new shower . But still jst minor issues nothing to bother. Go ahead and book😀

A night in Bologna...looking for EUDI22

Really nice apartment, comfy and cleaned. The two bedrooms are spacious, with wardrobe, hangers and tv. The living room has TV, sofa and a table, while in the kitchen you have all the necessary for breakfast. It is exactly as in the pictures. The host has been reliable and helpful, he advice us how to reach the center without car (a bus stop is just in front of the property in the main road), also an internal parking is available. Defenitly recommended!

It was an cozy apartment with nice view. The owner was very discreet.

The location is not very good especially at night. We couldn't find parking. It was quite noisy at nights and we couldn't sleep.

Appartamento moderno e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno confortevole. Pulizia ottima. Fermate del bus vicine che permettono di raggiungere facilmente il centro e la stazione. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, nonostante fosse Capodanno. Host molto gentile e disponibile

Ristrutturata recentemente con arredi nuovi e funzionali. Prima colazione dolce con tanti prodotti a disposizione tutti di marca e vari

L’unica cosa che avrei preferito trovare sarebbe stato anche qualche cartone di latte, magari anche da 250 ml perché la domenica mattina in zona bisogna spostarsi un po’ per trovare il supermercato che comunque è a 5 minuti. Molto difficile trovare parcheggio di sabato sera ma immagino ovunque
