Very nice city-break stay

Good localisation close to the historical center of Bologna (in a walk distance) but outside of ZTL (Zona a Traffico LImito). The underground car park was very usefull but not for very large cars.

Large airy apartment

The apartment has a very nice living and dining room, comfortable beds, parking space for small to medium cars, is a short walk away from the center, modern bathroom, lots of space for everyone I recommend it, we would have gladly stayed longer

It was hard to brew coffee with the mokka pot because it is too small for the cooking field and the stove turns itself off. You have to place it in a bigger pot w. water to make coffee. The shower is a bit tricky to use but nice once you get the hang of it. There is no mosquito net at the windows. When you leave the parking spot you need a code to open the barrier, please make sure to clarify this with the host so you know how to proceed. A kind neighbor helped us in our case 🙂

Very spacious apartment in a quiet complex and neighborhood not far from the center. We walked everywhere and only took public transport getting to/from the train station. Good restaurants tucked nearby, away from the touristy areas. Kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom very clean. Having a washer helped. Warm and kind hosts.

The larger bed was a little soft (twin beds were fine), but not an issue at all for two nights.

I really recommend the apartement to stay with a group of people or a whole family.

Great attractive location, accessible via bus, plenty of space. I can say the apartment is ideal for a group of 5 people, the host is a professional person.

When using the shower the water leaks on the floor but fortunalety it is not a big issue :)

Amazing value for money, highly recommend

The host was incredibly helpful and gave restaurant & sightseeing tips. It has very good bus connections into the centre but was walkable too. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Great value

Spacious, elegant apartment on first floor in quiet area. Located 20 minutes by foot from "Due Torri". Bathroom and kitchen modern and well equipped. Everything was perfect.

Le logement est à la fois confortable, spacieux ,propre et très bien équipé.la literie est de qualité .L' emplacement est idéal , calme ,proche de commerces ,de transport et de centre d' intérêt.Le propriétaire est accueillant .Nous avons pu bénéficier d' un parking privé. C'est une adresse que je recommande vivement et j'aurai plaisir à y retourner

De ruime indeling van het appartement, alles was aanwezig en 2 mooie slaapkamers.

Het was even het betere stuurwerk om de auto in de garage te krijgen. Model Yaris Cross gaat echt net.

Apartamento confortável e espaçoso

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, confortável e estava muito limpo, o aquecimento funcionava muito bem, o chuveiro também nos agradou muito, fica localizado próximo a um hospital com fluxo de pessoas e veículos entrando e saindo, mas mesmo assim é muito silencioso, um bom lugar para dormir, a garagem apesar de pequena é uma comodidade que foi suficiente para nós, com relação a distância do centro fica há cerca de 25-30 minutos caminhando, o anfitrião nos recebeu bem, gostamos muito e recomendamos.
