The location is excellent, within very short waking distance of Bologna's old town, on a nice quiet side street. There is plenty of space in the flat, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bath and toilet, one shower and toilet). The welcome was great and the explanations clear and complete.
The air conditioning had apparently been off for some days before we arrived, and the flat was extremely hot (over 40°C). The air conditioning struggled to cool the flat, as the heat was soaked into the entire structure and the weather was very hot. After a week in the flat, although it had cooled significantly, the temperature was still warm enough that we were sleeping with no covers at all. I understand that the weather was unusually hot, but leaving the flat to bake with no air conditioning before we arrived made the first few days very uncomfortable.

El apartamento es muy bonito, está muy ubicado. Emma estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos, muy amable.
