Great place overall

Super great location, close to city center (walking distance), large appartment, great wifi and beds.

Some things need maintenance, the living room needs an extra sofa. A place that large, housing several people, can’t possibly have only one sofa in the living room

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was good for us to get to the Fiera and also enjoy the local restaurants.

Nearest car park was 10 minutes walk away but easily within our capabilities.

Great apartment

Wonderful apartment. Very large, quiet and comfortable. 2 bathrooms. The kitchen looked like it had all you would need to cook . We did not cook in. You could easily put 2 couples in there with no problem. It would be a good family apartment as well. Alessandro was a great communicator and was there right on time to let us in. Easy to walk to city center and train station. We would stay there again if we come back to Bologna.

Comfortable, central, quiet apartment. Great owner

The place is huge, clean, and centrally situated. The apartment is quiet despite being on a street near the University and student bars. The beds are comfortable. The communication with Alessandro, the owner, was smooth. He responded immediately and provided answers quickly.

I have no complaints here.

Excellent value for a lovely apartment in a great location.

Great location on a quiet street within an easy 15-20 minute walk to all the Bologna hot spots as well as the central train station. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The host was exceedingly helpful to us in resolving a couple of travel-related issues and was graciously accommodating in needing an early check-in.

I really love everything very spacious all the AC units worked three in the unit 2 nice bathrooms soaps supplied, water supply, milk supply and Juice for our first morning. and a great expresso coffee machine with coffee supplied..you will like it.

I rested and enjoyed!

The size of the apartment is always important for me, I prefer large apartments. The apartment is clean, the location is excellent, I really liked it. I recommend to those for whom it is important to live in a spacious apartment

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment. Host was great.

Alessandro was amazing and quick to answer all our questions before and during our stay. Comfortable and spacious two bedroom, 2 bathroom (both showers) apartment with kitchen, living room and washer. Walking distance to the sights in Bologna. Would definitely book it again.

Affordable and Easy

I liked that it was a clean place to stay and the washing machine worked well unlike other places I've stayed at.

Location could have been better but that's my fault. There's really not much around but a quick uber solved that. My room also had annoying flicking light but I just kept it off. Host apologized and said he would fix it.

Consigliatissimo per la posizione strategica. Appartamento molto grande e spazioso.

Posizione centralissima per muoverti e conoscere la città. Il proprietario molto disponibile e reperibile su whatsapp.

La casa nel complesso era pulita ma abbiamo trovato le padelle sporche; uno dei due soffioni delle docce andrebbe sostituito (o pulito bene) perché pieno di calcare. Non siamo riusciti ad usare la macchinetta del caffè a cialde perché perdeva acqua dal basso.

Ottima soluzione a Bologna

Appartamento di grandi dimensioni, molto curato e dotato di tutti i servizi. Host gentilissimo e disponibile, ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica tra il centro e la fiera, vicino a varie fermate dell'autobus, locali e ristoranti. Consigliato a chi, come noi, va a Bologna per lavoro.

Casa molto ampia e comoda, host molto gentile e pronto nel rispondere

Casa silenziosa, stanze ampie e comode. Abbastanza vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore). Cucina fornita di tutto.

L'unico ambiente piccolo della casa è la cucina. Va bene per quattro persone, se si è di più non ci sono neanche gli sgabelli per tutti.
