Modern apartment with beautiful garden a few steps from the Giardini Margherita of Bologna.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building with an entrance under the typical Porticoes of Bologna, welcomes guests with a comfortable space featuring a coat rack, an umbrella stand, a mirror, a shelf and a bench under which they can store shoes. A large open space with a sofa, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen follows the entrance. The kitchen includes amenities such as an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed, a single sofa bed, a clothes rack, a mirror and a desk, the second one with a queen-size bed made of two single beds, a closet and a mirror. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The jewel of this apartment is the cozy garden accessible from every room. Surrounded by suspended lights, plants and colorful walls, and equipped with a sofa, two tables with chairs, a barbecue and a fountain, it creates an intimate space where guests can relax during their stay.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL area active from Monday to Friday, from 8 to 20. To access, guests can buy a pass valid 24 hours in any Tobacco shop. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. I wouldn't use 'Wonderful Italy' again. They're focussed on sales and not customer service.
They offer a 'local' experience but provide nothing more than generic city stuff.
They failed to tell us we were staying during a public holiday - a heads up would have made all the difference. You really had to chase to get any info - nothing about the weird taxi situation in Bologna.
We had to sign the contract on check in when we were tired and it was late so had no choice!
Like many properties that aren't actually used by the owner, it was unloved - drawers & lights not working, none of the many clocks worked, leaky shower which we were told to clean out because it was blocked!
The garden was untidy and poorly looked after. No mats, so the mud/leaves come in with you everytime. The neighbours clearly unhappy about renters. The 2nd bedroom was very cold. We could ntot use the dishwasher because the door wouldn't open more than a crack. The hairdryer was iffy - needs checking by an electrician. There are only 2 comfy seats in the common area!
