El apartamento está justo antes de la zona de acceso residentes, por lo que no puede estar más cerca del centro. El edificio y las instalaciones son antiguas, pero cumplen. Hay un parking público muy cerca. El propietario fue atento, y nos dio toda clase de explicaciones.
Sólo hay un equipo de aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal. En plena hola de calor, no era suficiente ni de lejos. Tanto el salón como la segunda habitación estaban muy calientes. El propietario puso ventiladores, pero no era suficiente.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Wohnung in einem einladenden Haus mit fussläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Bushaltestelle gegenüber mit guter Verbindung zum Bahnhof, einige nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber Enrico ist sehr gut erreichbar und überaus hilfsbereit

Das Appartement liegt verkehrsgünstig ( günstiges Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke) und sehr nah am Zentrum, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Es hat eine gute Größe und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Check-in funktionierte problemlos und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich.
Die Küche ist bereits etwas abgewohnt, ebenso die Couch im Wohnzimmer.
An manchen Stellen könnte man die Einrichtung noch optimieren.
Leider fehlten vor Ort einpaar Annehmlichkeiten, die bei der Buchung aufgeführt waren.
